Can't fault them!
We ordered a Vivien Walnut table and six Eva walnut chairs, but changed our mind about the chairs before they were even manufactured.
We received a prompt refund for the chairs, and an absolute beauty of a table, all in the timeframe promised.
Natalie was a star in keeping us updated, and we can't praise enough the manufacturing and delivery teams.

Every step of the way, S10 have been marvellous. Natalie, our contact responded to all our emails with promptness, clarity, friendliness and efficiency, helping us every step of the way with our purchase.
We went to view samples of their work at the show room in London and were very impressed with the quality of the product, and it was very helpful to see it in a home setting.
The delivery/assembly team were polite and professional.
Natalie sent over images of the planks of wood the carpenters had chosen for our table, and then sent further images through of the completed piece.
When we received the finished piece, we were absolutely delighted - the construction and finish of the piece is of the highest quality, and we couldn't be more pleased.
Would absolutely recommend to anyone wishing to invest in a lovely piece of furniture.

We recently purchased a large oak dining table. Communication from the company has been excellent with samples of all the finishes sent to us. We are absolutely delighted with the table. Delivery date was as expected and the delivery men went above and beyond to get the table into our house. We can't thank them enough. I would thoroughly recommend this company to everyone. Recently placed an order for a walnut dining table and 2 walnut dining chairs - everything I have read about the products from this company is spot on. Communication and help in choosing was first class, delivery guys were courteous and efficient. The table and chairs we received are beautiful, excellent craftsmanship. My only mistake was only ordering 2 chairs ! I am placing an order today for a further 2.

We absolutely love our new table from S10Home! We opted for the 80 cm extension and its just perfect - S10Home was the only company offering this feature! We also customized the colour (Chocolate) to match our flooring, and it couldn't have turned out better. Extremely happy with our purchase!

Really pleased with the we beautiful solid walnut table we ordered. The order was placed in December and to to us in the first week of January. The finish is excellent and it looks great in our home, Communication was good and it was nice to see the photos of the table through the process of being made. Delivery and installation was quick and hassle free. Would order from here again

I adore wooden tables, so I treated myself to one for Christmas. The company did a fantastic job making my dream table, and now it's the highlight of my home. The ordering process and communication went beyond what I expected, with polite and quick responses giving me a sense of control over everything.

We love our new table. The quality is excellent and the herringbone pattern is beautiful. It fits our dining room perfectly and we're really glad we went for the 80cm extension, so we have extra space for family and friends when needed.

Delivery was brilliant, with the table being put together in place.

Such beautiful solid wood tables, amazing help during the decision making, they make you part of the process! Will be coming back for chairs and coffee tables!

Excellent quality product. The company kept us up to date with each stage of the build process and delivery. Faultless service and lovely table!

We purchased an oak dining table from this company around 2 months ago. Recently, we noticed that the table top has started to bow in the middle, and this should not happen to table... especially one that cost close to £1,000. I contacted S10 Home to notify them of the fault and their response has been shocking. Initially, they acknowledged the fault and offered to manufacture a steel frame that would support the table top. Whilst I was appreciative for their offer, I politely declined as I bracing the table would likely result in it cracking. A day later, I received another email from S10 Home. They refused to take the table back and despite acknowledging the fault 24 hours earlier, they claimed that I'd mishandled the tabletop, and it had been kept in an inproper environment. This is outrageous and outright dishonest. I have photos of the deformation of the tabletop and can share the email correspondence as proof.

We are loving our table, you can tell the care and attention that has been put into crafting it, worth every penny. Don't be out off by not being able to 'see it', the photos are true to life. The chairs are comfortable too! The notifications for delivery timings we excellent, keeping us well informed.

Overall, extremely happy with the service and our table and chairs, would definitely recommend.

We initially found a table we liked from a well known company, however stumbled across S10homes and we are so pleased we did! The communication from start to finish has been excellent, Natalie has been very helpful in answering any questions and always responds in a timely manner. We also liked the process of being sent photos of the planks, it felt so much for personal.

The table itself is brilliant. We went for the oak table and it’s so well crafted and you can barely see the joins. The wood itself feels so smooth and sets the room off.

I would definitely recommend S10 homes and again, we are so pleased we changed our minds and went with this company instead!
