Been in our current flat for over two years and whenever we have had an issue Lucas has always been very helpful in resolving this for us when needed. He is also always very professional and friendly if you see him around the block of flats.

Lucasz was amazing! My front door lock gave out and he took the time to fix it. Including multiple trips to get more tools and trial and error until a new lock was installed that works perfectly! Great guy and super polite

Pawel is always very friendly and responsive. Pawel always brings positive energy when he visits. He helps us fix up lots of stuff, as this flat is quite old. Thanks to him, we sorted everything out! He fixed the fridge, the blind, the bulbs, and most importantly, the water heater!

Lucas responded very quickly to our concerns and resolved any issues within a timely manner. I can tell Lucas prioritises his customers health, safety and comfort. He is very friendly and is always happy to help put your mind at ease. Very thankful :)

Our building maintenance person, Lucas, has fixed numerous issues around our flat for the past year such as shower leak, extractor fan, toilet seat breaking etc and he’s always done a great job. He’s always quick to respond to our messages and shows up on time. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a handy man - he does it all!

Pawel Gruzescki attended to the situation very quickly, was able to identify the fault with the fire Alarm and got it fixed asap - the whole process didn’t take up to 10 minutes from when I raised the issue to it being resolved .

Pawel was our handyman for over a year now. He is very very helpful, does the job quickly with a smile.
He had worked on my window, floor, toilet and dishwasher. Always did his job perfectly and gave me his time to answer all of my questions and inqueries.

Pawel has been a fantastic, reliable, and friendly face to have around the building, he is always as helpful as possible and seems to really care about our struggles as tenants. Management in our building is atrocious and a constant source of grief for us tenants, but Pawel and his team have been a delight to work with, sympathetic to the struggles we face when dealing with management.

Lucas was quick, friendly, knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it right away. The booking system was really fast well which helped a lot!
