Just had Marci come to fix my boiler-heater he is always friendly smiling, very helpful, he had to get a part which didn't take long. And when he came to fix it, he managed to do it quickly.
Now I have heat whoop whoop, so I am very happy

Kenga has been really responsive and it’s nice to have a real person to talk to about your issues. Pawel is happy to help in any way he can and eager to get things done even when circumstances are difficult - he helped us move into the 7th floor when the lift was broken!!

I contacted Tom last night regarding a leak, and he responded promptly and professionally. The issue is ongoing however he also repaired my wardrobe and stove. His workmanship was excellent, and he demonstrated great attention to detail throughout. Tom was courteous, reliable, and clearly experienced in his field. I greatly appreciate his help and would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of property maintenance support.

We had an issue with electricity in our apartment right before coming out for dinner on Friday. We contacted S3 Maintenance and the issue was resolved in an hour. Jakub came all the way from Manchester to help us. Very greatful for such speedy problem solving and amazing communication. Would highly recommend this company!
