Jakub is genuinely amazing
Jakub is genuinely amazing, anytime we have an issue he’s there in no time to help out, today we had a leak, quite a bad one & he was here within the hour and within 2 hours it was fixed! Amazing work can’t thank him and his team enough !

A maintenance company who can reliably fix household issues
S3 cover the maintenance for my building and Jakub who looks after Carlton House has sorted all kinds of issues for us in the time I’ve been living here and seems to know how to fix pretty much anything. I was recently locked out of my flat because the door handle broke and he picked up a new part and got to the flat to fix it in about 40 minutes even though it was after work hours. I really appreciated him sorting it so quickly as I was locked out of the flat in my pyjamas with hardly anything apart from my phone and keys.
