Amazing Customer Service
Sadaf’s Collection really went out of their way to ensure I was happy with the outfits I selected for an upcoming family wedding. So glad they’re local too because they’ll be my first choice for future events too.

Poor customer service
Your company is so horrible, i messaged you guys multiple times but I only got a reply the one time. You guys said credit note but why wouldn’t you give my money back to my account, most of the time when you online shop you get your money back to your account and not credit note, i don’t have time to go look for your shop to get a credit note. I’m going to give all my friends and family a bad review on your shop, I’m NEVER going to shop from you ever again.

Lovely suits, perfect fit.
Beautiful suits and the fitting is just perfect, and like the online pictures. It was a good shopping experience and more than what I expected. Delivery was on time.

The worst customer service
The worst customer service. I wanted a return, but they refused to respond to me. I am still waiting for their response. They were consistent in the beginning but as soon as I mentioned a refund they stopped responding.

It was too tight for me
Ordered dress, it was too tight, so was disappointed at first because of the process of returning. I have returned the item and got my credit note to purchase another.
I am very happy with the team and the quick e-mail responses that I received from them and left me feeling relieved.

In your email we have received, you said that you accept the offer of store credit rather than exchanging as you are out of London. Terrible garments not the same as pictures on website
The order arrived in a timely manner however everything else was bad. The garments that arrived were different from the pictures on the website. They poorly made with a lot of hand stitching. I have emailed Sadaf collection twice to ask if I can return the garments and get my refund. I have had no response on both emails. For the amount of money I paid I would have been expecting good customer service and amazing garments & workmanship. There is no number on the website to call. I am really disappointed and upset with this order I have been in tears. Could the company please arrange for me to send back their garments and process my refund. An online business should be based on trust and not just getting people’s money & not much importance to the products you are sending out.

If you are unsure about a specific item, it’s best to request us to send you live images of the items before you order so that you can make a more informed decision. All suits we sell are original designer wear and they can have different methods of stitching and designing of them. Some intricate designs do have hand stitching as the same look can’t be achieved on machinery.
You had only emailed us approximately 24-48 hours before we responded to your enquiry and that is our normal response time. We replied to you in a timely manner.
We are sorry that you were upset over this. We don’t want this for any of our customers as your happiness and satisfaction is our top priority. If you can follow our returns instructions and send the items back in original condition that meet our requirements, we will have this resolved for you as quickly as we can.
For future purchases, we highly recommend booking an appointment to view in person or requesting images or videos of the items before ordering.

Beautiful Outfits and Great Prices!
I bought the Mirha Wedding Lengha and it’s exactly how it looks on the website. I decided to collect from the store. The staff at Sadaf’s collection are lovely and super helpful. The lengha was a little big for me so I ended up getting it altered by them for a very small price. It now fits perfectly - cannot wait to wear it for Eid. Will definitely be shopping here again! Highly recommend.
