Very responsive and well organised! Shannice was brilliant at coordinating the removal guys and cleaner (Kelly). Excellent customer service and would highly recommend. Kelly did a great job, and the removal guys (Bacardi and team) were very efficient and professional.

For my first time moving house, it was a daunting and scary experience. Shanice and the safe movers and storage company were kind, accommodating and compassionate.
They kept me updated throughout the whole process and were very accommodating and excellent with communication when my plans changed and things were a little messy.
One of the things I loved about this company was that it is a family run business and they all knew exactly what they were doing which was very helpful for me and my partner being our first move. They talked us through what we needed to do and what was expected on the day. On their website they have a checklist of weeks and days leading up to the move which I found very helpful and useful as this was something I did not find with other company’s.
I am naturally a very anxious person and throwing in a house move heightened everything. Shanice kept me calm and was very patient with my many whatsapp messages I was sending throughout the week. A few days prior to our move plans were changed, I rang them up straight away and Shanice kept me calm and said they would be able to accommodate and help in anyway they could.
We moved from Great notley in Essex to around the corner 6 minutes away. The three men helping us move from our second floor flat were quick and efficient and friendly. They arrived exactly when they said they would and gave us a courtesy call to tell us how far away they would be. We offered them water and they were very thankful and polite. They had finished within the hour, it was amazing seeing them work. They didn’t rush us saying goodbye to our flat and even offered a shoulder to cry on if we needed it saying goodbye to our first home. When we got to our new house, they moved us in also very quickly and in the exact rooms I asked them to put them in.
We even had a neighbour who is due to move ask the company we used, in which I told them all the amazing things about our movers.
Overall I would recommend safe movers and storage to anyone and everyone who is moving or is looking to move in the near future. If you want a kind, friendly, quick, efficient and amazing service then this is the company for you. I will be recommending them to everyone and keeping them in my books for if we ever move in the future.

I was offered a free man crew to move the stuff from my house to another that was quite a lot of stuff involved. It was all carried out with professionalism and courtesy. I will definitely recommend this company.
