My experience with SafeStorage was disappointing, mainly because of the gap between what was estimated and what I was ultimately charged.

The pickup team ran out of wrapping material on site, and the inventory shared afterward had several missing items. It took nearly three days of repeated follow-ups to get the inventory corrected.

More concerning was the difference between the original estimate and the final transportation charge – the final amount was approximately 102% higher. SafeStorage maintained that transportation and storage charges are calculated based on the number, size, volume, packing, and handling requirements of individual items. However, the extent of the increase was not clearly explained before the goods were collected. Once your belongings have reached their godown, you are effectively committed to paying the final transport charge plus at least one month of storage, which makes transparency at the quotation stage especially important.

The most frustrating part of the experience was customer service. Whether due to workload or process, I repeatedly felt that the focus was on defending the company’s calculation rather than actually listening to and reconciling the discrepancies I was raising. It took multiple emails and calls simply to get an accurate inventory of the items in their possession.

SafeStorage may appear reasonably priced at the quotation stage, but based on my experience, I would recommend going with providers who give more realistic all-inclusive estimates upfront. Unless you have a very small number of items, the final cost can end up being substantially higher than the initial quote.

These people are just some bunch of guys working from home. Whenever they get a call for storage at that time they book a third party storage, they use cheap third party transport, they use cheap third party labour. Then they will ask you to coordinate with different Deptt as you were there employee. No one takes the blame and they will throw the blame on other Deptt. There is no single point of contact who does this stitching and give a good service. Customer service don't pick up call. Frankly speaking the worst of experience ever in my entire life

A very bad experience with this team. During the move, there were no issues when they collected our belongings, but at the time of delivery they started demanding extra money to bring the items to the drop location. When we refused, they did not deliver our goods.

After negotiating with the transport team and agreeing to pay the additional amount they demanded, they finally came for delivery. Even after paying the extra money, they refused to unload our belongings from the vehicle. With the help of our neighbours, we had to unload everything ourselves.

BRL Packers and Movers was the vendor used by Safe Storage for shifting our household items. I strongly recommend being very cautious before using Safe Storage’s services.

SafeStorage storage stored my items quickly with zero damage and mained pest free and protected with proper maintenance.

Getting a quote and arranging pickup to collect my belongings was very easy. However, getting them back was a completely different experience.
First, they ask for payment. Once the payment is made, they claim it will take 10–15 days for delivery. In reality, it takes much longer. Every time we call for an update, they say the vehicle has started or is on the way—but these statements are often inaccurate.
Do not plan your schedule based on their promises. Their updates are consistently misleading. It’s better to explore other options for more reliable service.

Getting it back is another matter, I have been trying to get details and quotes to access my bags for over a month and get passed around, still yet to receive a quote or access to my bags
They also chased me for additional money even though I am fully paid up to mid-August, when I responded to say I want my bags back and explained that I have paid, all went quiet and I was told, different department
