Happy with my step grippers and ordering experience
All fantastic - step gripper product is top quality - great guarantee and price. Comms and delivery were good also. I appreciated that the exactly correct size hex screwdriver bit was included with the Phillips head screws, so that there would be less chance of slippage.

Excellent customer service and excellent product.
I have used Safe Tread before and was very pleased with the safety decking strips for our front steps. I ordered some more for another project. Unfortunately the wrong colour was accidentally sent (Black Dune rather than Dune). I rang Customer Services and the correct colour was despatched the same day by overnight courier. Excellent customer service for an excellent product.

Great product. Easy to order
Easy to order. Good delivery, arrived as advised. Product was well packaged and as per description. Came with fixings. Easy to install. Works great. Looks great. So I would recommend for slippery steps - in our case wooden sleepers which were treacherous when damp.

Easy transaction

Ordered 2 strips to be cut to length…
Ordered 2 strips to be cut to length and pre-drilled with SS screws. Order came promptly but, sadly, not cut or pre-drilled - screws were provided though.
Emailed to thank for promptly supplying and make aware not cut/pre-drilled.
Very soon after email sent they phoned me to confirm the order was not as requested. After providing a couple of photos, to confirm issue, the posted out replacements cut to size and pre-drilled. Also told me to keep the 1st 2 I'd received... which I felt was very much appreciated.
Received replacement next day cut to requested length. May sound slightly whingeing but no screws provided in replacement order. Kind of makes the 2 lengths 1st received, not cut/pre-drilled, unusable should I find somewhere I could have used them.
Still get 5 stars as I appreciated the prompt replacement service but probably would have been 4.75 stars if able to because of no additional screws.
