I found the company by chance &…
I found the company by chance & immediately recognised the quality products. Called to order & they were so helpful. Quick delivery. My step, nose protector strips are perfect! The coloured screw heads are a brilliant choice option too. Extra screws & drill bit were an added bonus in with the order. Will definitely order again soon for another project.

Courteous comes, excellent service, good products at a good price, delivered in a timely manner.
I was contacted with a request to change the colour of the GPR grate ordered, from grey to yellow due to grey being out of stock. While this was disappointing every other aspect of the transaction was exemplary. All comes were courteous and timely. All aspects of my order were rechecked and agreed after the change. There was no delay to the delivery. Excellent products at a good price, delivered on time.

Didn't send what I ordered
Didn't send what I ordered. School wanted flat strips, received L shaped. I didn’t unpack, so didn’t realise and so installer struggled with fitting on slopes etc. Screws too short too, so he had to buy adhesive.

The purchase process was straightforward. The products arrived very well wrapped.
I am impressed with the quality of the non slip treads. They feel robust under foot and do the job of preventing slippage. I feel more confident stepping out onto the decking in the wet weather.
