We had an issue with one of the signs we had purchased. When this was pointed out it was replaced immediately with no questions asked. Mistakes will always happen, but it is how you deal with them that matters. In this instance, excellent customer service.

There was a product and barcode sticker…
There was a product and barcode sticker on one of the signs I purchased and in removing it the clear, protective covering was damaged. There was no information to indicate whether the protective covering should be removed before installing the sign. Information on this situation is necessary and would be much appreciated.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the size of the lettering on your signs.
We understand your concerns and appreciate that you wanted the wording enlarged as much as possible. Following your request, our team did contact our production department to see whether the lettering could be amended. Unfortunately, by this stage your order had already entered production, so we were unable to make any changes.
When you subsequently spoke with Mason, he explained that for future orders we would recommend contacting our SafetySigns4Less team directly with any specific artwork or sizing requirements before placing the order. Web orders are sent directly through to our artwork team and then into production, meaning there can be limited opportunity to make amendments once the order has entered the production process.
We completely appreciate that this does not change the outcome of your order, and we’re sorry that we were unable to accommodate your request on this occasion. We hope we can assist you with any future requirements and ensure the artwork meets your expectations before production begins.
