As simple and straightforward as making a will can be. I like how the cost of every extra helping step was clearly laid out in plain English. All costs very reasonable BTW. Everything worked perfectly.

I found the idea of pulling a will together overwhelming (and confusing ... how would I even know it would be legal?). Safewill made it so straightforward. Also, knowing I can go back to change anything has given me peace of mind. Then I found that Safewill provided a repository for all sorts of other things, such as funeral wishes. Hooray! I can go back and add to this as I think it all through. Highly recommend Safewill if landing a will has been too much for you in the past.

I found the whole process very easy. The application form was simple to complete and followed a logical order. It was free which is what attracted me in the first instance as money is tight, but it also enabled me to leave some money to LSAR NZ in my will. A great way to support a great organisation. The time taken to get it back to me was excellent and on time. I still have to upload signed copies but I expect that to be as simple. In brief I was really impressed with the whole thing and its brought me a great deal of relief as i have been meaning to do this for ages. So I'm very grateful. My friend is now keen to do hers too, :)

The process of completing the will was relatively simple, however the process of accessing and printing the will was difficult and help, while eventually given, was slow in coming.

Easy enough to complete on line. However, I haven't received hard copy in the post for me to sign and return as you told me was to happen.

my husband and I did our wills online at Safewill after avoiding it for years. It couldn't have been easier. The program walks you through each stage of a legal will, and to think it would be reviewed by a lawyer was very reassuring. We would definitely recommend it.
