Very helpful, provision guidelines to complete will's paperwork. Customer service is tremendous from beginning to end the Will's process. I am fully satisfied with the Safewill legal practice.

I didn’t think that making my Will would be so easy. Filling out my Will was quick, self explanatory and inexpensive. With each field of questions asked there were explanations about what was required but you also have the ability to get online help as you progress through the forms. After submitting my will it was reviewed and sent back for signing very fast. I am going to recommend them to anyone who asks me about making their will in the future.

Totally useless what it came up with was nothing to do with my wishes or what i requested despite several emails. Cancellation of service was refused when i could see they were not interested in providing what was required.

Ridiculous amounts of emails pressuring me to do this and do that and pay for additions and hurrying me up. I am not about to die and my will is very basic how about you let me make my own decisions.

The promotion says write your will for free but at the end of the process they ask for a credit card indicating they can charge the card in future years. All through the "fee will process" they try to monetise the activity of writing your own will. It is a revenue generating activity.

I can’t recommend Safe Will highly enough. Matthew made a process that I had been putting off for a long time because I thought it would be difficult and overwhelming feel completely seamless and actually quite pleasant.

I looked at this 3 years ago & didnt purchase as it was too expensive. Now they refuse to cancel my account without providing more personal data. So...too expensive & they will insist on keeping your data.

Nearly a month has passed and no word from Safewill. Not so much as a confirmation email. Collection of sensitive information then silence. Feels like I've been scammed for my personal information.

I have no problem when I did a will online with Safewill. It's taken about 30 minutes to complete. I like that.
