Bought a vintage summer dress I was eyeing for a while and wanted to take to Europe. The quality and make is not what I expected. Ruching on one cup of the dress was terrible, it was sticking out badly. The other side was flat. Just a bad make, too much fabric. Contacted customer service, provided photos and ask for refund, it took them 4 days to respond and they refused the item is faulty. I have asked if they could at least replace it with different one in the same size and I offered to pay postage back to them and the answer was no.
Terrible experience and now I will be stuck with a credit note for shop that I have no desire to purchase from after this service.

This company should be absolutely ashamed of itself! The sizings are incorrect and then you are only able to get a credit note! Buried nicely within their returns policy!the dresses come up small and so I ordered the next 2 sizes as I actually loved the dress! Sending the others back when the final one fitted only to be told that I would only get a credit note for the 3 returns!!!! And referencing the returns policy! Nothing on the ordering page mentions this and transparency would have been good as I would never have ordered from them! I actually feel like I have been robbed and this company should seriously look at their policies! Disgusting, hope you are happy to have taken my money!!! £400 gone! Left with credit notes that I am unable to use as the rest of their items are awful!! I know that they will continue to say that I should have read their returns policy but they also should be transparent upfront! And from reading other reviews this is a consistent theme!!

I wish I had read these reviews earlier. Do not buy from this store.
AVOID - SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE
SUPER disappointed with this brand and my recent experience.
I ordered a dress which unfortunately wasn’t suitable, and what followed felt like a money trap rather than a customer-friendly returns process.
I paid £16 for delivery, then was told I’d need to pay £11 just to return it, and I would only receive store credit instead of a refund to my original payment method. If I then wanted to reorder anything else, I’d be paying another £16 delivery charge again. In total, you’re looking at significant costs just for trying something that didn’t work out.
That means you can easily end up spending far more in fees than the actual item value, with no refund back to your card.
Customer service confirmed this is their policy, but from a customer perspective it feels really unfair and short-sighted. Word of mouth is everything for small fashion brands, and policies like this don’t build loyalty, they do the opposite.
Advise you shop elsewhere. 99% of other brands have excellent customer service and returns policies, but unfortunately, Sage and Paije care more about a quick money grab than building a loyal following of repeat customers.

They are fake
They are fake. They keep changing company names. No store address. No phone number. Emails are automated. They do NOT refund only issue store credit for you to spend more money with them even if their item is nothing like the pic on the website and has a hole in it. They just want your money. Thats why they only issue credit notes because nothing is ever the same exact value as the credit notes it always adds up to more money. You even have to pay your own postage for a faulty item. Their clothes are cheap quality. I’ve seen better from Temu. You can never speak to a human only a robotic response via email. Do NOT buy from them. They have changed names so many times so what are they hiding. Some of their items have such a bad odour you can’t even take them out of the plastic let alone have it against your skin.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING COMPANY!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Please don’t not waste your hard earned money!! The quality of these dresses are so bad! I measured myself to get the correct sizes and they were all sorts of different sizes!! Thin material, thread coming out all over the place.. CHEAP!!
Then the cheek of it, you can’t even get a refund!! We have to suffer store credit, what a joke!! I have to spend my money on other things.. like what?!?! Such poor quality, nothing will bloody fit!!
I can’t believe the people who work for this place!! If there are any morals you’ll shut this company down!! I

I don’t even know where to start.
Absolutely KICKING myself I didn’t read the reviews of this ‘business’ before purchasing and spending $700 on multiple clothing items.
I’ve never been so dissatisfied with an entire clothing haul in my life. Not ONE item fit how it should, looked the same in person, or was what I expected it to be based on the advertised photos.
The $130 trench coat I purchased is missing the wrap around tie and therefore faulty, and they refuse to refund. ONLY store credit or exchange.
I emailed them and their team took a week to respond, and every response since has been 3-6 days after I’ve responded. The emails are automated robotic responses and not even acknowledging anything I’ve written or responding to the matters at hand, just sending their refund policy over and over and ignoring the part about the faulty item all together. They really don’t care about their customers whatsoever.
After 2+ weeks of consistently emailing and having no resolution even for the faulty item, I shared my reviews on the items I purchased. Guess what!! NONE of them actually posted on their website. Meaning they don’t allow VERIFIED BUYERS to give honest feedback on their items to show customers who they’re giving their money to.
As soon as I submitted those reviews (which never uploaded onto the website because they decline all poor reviews) all of a sudden they reply to my email after 5 days of waiting since their last response. And guess what! They just repeated the same nonsense about how they refuse refunds, only exchange or store credit.
So I started commenting on their Instagram posts telling customers to not waste their money, customer service is appalling and quality of items is extremely over priced, sizing is wayyyy off, and you can never get your money back. What do you know? I get BLOCKED on their Instagram page!
Same thing with Facebook page. Started commenting on their posts and straight away they block me from their account and delete my comments.
Clearly they don’t allow any honest reviews and have no integrity or customer service skills.
From reading reviews on here I only wish I saved my $700 and did my research first.
I am a single mum who rarely gets to treat herself especially with seemingly ‘expensive and high quality’ brands so $700 is a lot of money for me in this economy, I put it on afterpay so I’m STILL paying off the total bill and I won’t be wearing a single item I purchased.
Disgraceful ‘business’ and they should be shut down for how they don’t prioritise their customers whatsoever.
The reputable brands I have bought from over the years like Showpo, Beginning Boutique and Princess Polly I have NEVER once returned an item because the quality and fit was exactly as expected, and if I did need to return or exchange sizes I know I would get my money back no questions asked. Which is EXACTLY what a good business should do.
Shut them down!!!!

Sage and Paije have no regards for their customers!! I had a store credit which expired by a few weeks and I contacted them to request an extension as a good will gesture and they refused to assist me. They told me they were unable to reinstate my store credit due to their policy and ‘system limitations’
I received no remedy to my problem. I lost the money paid for the items I returned. I attempted to raise the issue with them and they simply dismissed my concerns and replied ‘thank you for your feedback, we have noted it’
Being told my store credit cannot be reinstated due to “system limitations” is very poor customer service as good businesses have made manual adjustments in the past and pride themselves on delivering excellent customer service!
Sage and Paije do not value customers at all !!! Sage and Paije is the worst clothing online store I have ever dealt with !!!!!!!!

$99 Dress came with a neckline plunging so far below the bottom of my bra, i couldn'twear it, nothing like the photo. Returned the dress to be rudely told I was only getting a store credit, there is literally NOTHING here i would wear, i only got the dress for a wedding. Eventually got a store credit of $89. Don't bother with this thieving joke of a company

Don’t give them your money
Wish I read the reviews before purchasing. Bought dress listed as vanilla, in description is states cream dress and then further down it says nude. Dress came with the colour “beige” on it, when questioned I was told it was correct. Sizing all wrong even though I measured myself multiple times. No refunds, you get store credit only which I’m sure the accc would love to hear about, especially with them and their false advertising.

"I am extremely disappointed with the service from Sage and Paige. I paid £40 for express delivery, expecting my order to arrive within 2-4 business days. I placed my order on a Sunday evening, anticipating delivery by Thursday at the latest, as I was going on holiday on Saturday. However, I received an email stating that my order would arrive on the 27th, which is a full seven days later.
When I contacted customer service, I was told the delivery was 'in the right course of time.' This response is unacceptable, as it clearly contradicts the express delivery terms I paid for. The delay is not only inconvenient but also a breach of the service I paid for.
I would not recommend Sage and Paige due to this experience. The failure to meet the promised delivery timeframe and the unsatisfactory customer service have left me extremely dissatisfied."
