I bought a pair of pants using their sizing chart. The pants were so small noone I knew could wear them. When I want to return them, they offered me a 10% discount. I said no,so they offered me 20%. They also said to send them back. I had to pay restocking fee and shipping. The product was not as described. The return policy is ridiculous. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Its a rip off paid for 3 piece little rc digger set and only 2 turned up they said it's what I ordered but it was advertised as 3 piece even said it on my invoice they just keep saying it's what I order and the product is cheaply made in China nothing like the add you see totally ripped

Do not order anything. You will loose your money.

If I could leave no stars I would. Wrong size by two and wrong colour. Really cheap and nasty moccasin style boots - I was so cross I just threw them straight in the bin. Sageholm asked for photos but I am not rooting through my house hold rubbish! Wouldn't even have donated them to charity - shameful

Very bad company. Bought two pair of gloves that said windproof, waterproof and thermal and they are none of that. They are terrible. I requested a refund and they wouldn’t let me return. Offered 10% back and I argued with them and they finally said 20%. I’ll be surprised if I ever see it. Please don’t buy anything from this company as it is false advertisement and fraudulent.

FRAUD COMPANY !!!!! Do NOT GET SUCKERED like I, unfortunately, did. $40 for 2 pairs of gloves that are USELESS. I, too, went through their " return" policy and after THREE days of going back and forth doing what they ridiculously requested and told them no to a 10% refund, my last email, which was sent to the same exact address for I've hit "reply" every single time, is now " undeliverable." I requested over and over again for a full refund and now, no contact from them; email "undelivereable.". They need to be stopped!

False advertising

Why don't you people just go to a brick and mortar store to shop, instead of falling for these crooky scammers?. At least if it doesn't look or feel right, you can return it for a full refund, or exchange. Now isn't it much better to use a little gas to run it back to a store with a physical address, and worthwhile reputation, to get your transaction settled, than to blindly ship it back to China,or who knows where?. What a waste of money, wouldn't you say all you folks out there?. You won't catch me ordering anything online with all these criminals running their operations under the guise of a crooked boiler room setup. I will continue to do the old-school thing, and shop at stores that give you the opportunity to return an item with receipt, for whatever reason, without the hassle. The possibility of buyers regret will never happen my friends, if you go this route. Remember the saying-caveat emptor

Ordered tactical shorts, very disappointed in product. Fabric is as if it was cut from a tent, shorts look awkward when worn. Weird pockets and length is not American. Waste of money, do not buy.

I ordered two pairs of shorts from this company and they were two big. I tried to return them and they offered me $5 USD for them and a 20% discount on my next order. I told them no I wanted a full refund. They then offered me 20% back with 50% discount on my next order. I decided to except that because I figured I wasn't going to get my refund. Now, I will wait and see if I get my 20% back. I should have gone to these reviews first. I never would have shopped and ordered anything from them. They say they have a return policy but they don't follow it. Plus they don't give you all the information you need to file a return even if they did follow their policy. Don't order anything from this company.

Rule of thumb...don't buy from a retailer who does not provide a customer service phone number in the USA. Common sense folks.

Our product came defective. A refund was requested at once. Instead of providing said refund they sent a replacement instead. After over a week, I am still trying to get my refund for their defective product. They’ve got beyond poor customer service who disregard everything and anything you say to them. Avoid using this “company”. They’re a bunch of frauds based in China who are just out to steal your money with their poor quality products. I warned them id contribute to their already terrible reviews.

Ordered two pairs of shorts. Horrible fabric, horrible sizing, horrible fit. Then when through their ridiculous requirement to return, including photographs. They made two insane offers so I've now demanded my money back through PayPal. Will never do business with SageHolm again.

bought 2 pair of tactical shorts. Material is too stiff. These seem to be cut off from original long pants as there is half a knee patch that obviously doesn't work for shorts. The pockets are weird, very uncomfortable to use. Don't buy, you will be disappointed.

Received a pair of wind & water proof gloves that were completely unraveled at the seams. When I asked the company to replace or refund my $ their reply was that was due to ware & tare. I have never worn them they came that way.

I should have read the reviews. The medium leggings that I ordered were probably an extra small. When I returned them, I had to pay return shipping and then they didn't offer a full refund because they deducted shipping charges out of the refund. I told them that I had already paid to ship them back and the original shipping was free. They said there was nothing they could do about that. I reported them to the FTC in the United States because you can't say shipping is free then charge for it later
