It is the third time we use SAGE services.
Gary, the surveyor is very professional and detailed oriented further to a very quick response time to get a quote from Hanna.
Very pleased with very prompt provision of the report & its content quality & recommendations along with the discussions prior and post visit allowing us to 1) communicate our needs/request whilst 2) having a life discussion post visit our the visit outcome in the meantime of receiving the report.
Well done and highly recommended!

Very quick to get a quote and Hanna was on hand to confirm the booking for the survey very promptly and for any questions we had. Gary very kindly called the day before the survey to discuss any particular things we wanted to be looked at. He also called after the survey to go over the initial findings then the report followed the same day. I couldn’t recommend them more. Thank you!!

Great communication, got scheduled quickly, always available to answer questions and, asked for any particular worries or requests prior to the survey and made sure I was kept aware of what was going on. Would very highly recommend.

Great service.
Booking was super easy.
Gary phoned the day before to take on board any questions or specific concerns, which was great.
He arrived on the day and phoned us quickly afterwards to give us some verbal feedback. Which we found really helpful. If you're feeling anxious on the report then this is an invaluable 'touch-base'.
Report arrived the same day.
We are overall very happy with the service we have received.
Sage we're able to carry the level 2 survey at a very competitive price and we liked that we could use someone local, with good local knowledge.

Great communication before and after the survey. Instant feedback over the phone and report received the same day. Our vendors had to reschedule last minute and sage were great at rearranging as soon as availability allowed.

Fast, Efficient Survery
Booked a survey online for a RICS level 2. Surveyor contacted me directly and arranged a date, came to the property and was very thorough with their investigation. They explained everything as they went through noting things that might need further investigation, and noting things that might need to be looked at in the future.
The report was detailed and written on the same day, which I did not expect.
If I purchase another house, I will use them again

Smooth running Survey
Smooth running all the way through the process, booking was made easy, very surprised when I received a full comprehensive report of the survey on the same day.
The report as with most paperwork can be most dorting but Gary was so reassuring when I rang him, he gave me a good feedback and reassured me I could ring anytime if I had any concerns.
