Gary, the surveyor, was super helpful and called me in the day of the survey to explain the key points of the report which he produced immediately. He also answered numerous follow up questions. I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

Great experience
The whole interaction with Sage was pleasant from the date of booking the building survey to the date we obtained the full report. There was a direct phone call on the day of survey and we were briefed about the main points of the report. I have removed one star only because of the somewhat lengthy lead times of four weeks. Otherwise excellent experience and would definitely use again.

The survey was carried out as arranged and a call was made straight afterwards to discuss findings more generally. I had the report back the same day.

Excellent and extremely thorough Survey.
Excellent and extremely thorough Level 2 Homebuyers Survey completed by Sage Surveyors on the house that we are hoping to buy. The surveyor called us to discuss the survey before and after he completed it, which was a good personal touch. Four stars only given as we instructed the survey to be done on 19th June, and it wasn't completed until 23rd July.

The report arrived by email the day after the survey was done. Very efficient service and Hanna followed up with a telephone call to check I had received it with the reasurance that she or Gary would be happy to discuss any of the findings if required.

Really Smooth Experience With Safe
No complaints at all. Our surveyor called us both prior to the survey and afterwards to run us through it all and see if we had any questions.

Great service and communications from Gary and his team. The report was sent to us the same day as the survey and was easy to follow, with lots of information and suggestions for improvements. Gary took the time to call and give me a summary of his findings and answer questions I had. This level of service is rare these days, and makes a nice change!

I had a phone call from Gary the…
I had a phone call from Gary the Surveyor asking if I had any visual issue with the property in question, none that were of any real importance. After the survey I was called and told nothing of any danger health wise and the rest was cosmetic and fairly straight forward. Nex day the written survey came through all detailed.
