I didn't find the girl on the desk…
I didn't find the girl on the desk particularly friendly. She didn't put my currency into an envelope until i asked. As I was splitting the currency for 2 trips I asked for 2 envelopes. She refused as said she would have to charge me. That's poor.

Closed during lunchtime
The service was quick & easy, it was just a shame that the bureau was closed during lunchtime when you would expect it to be open so that people could collect their money during their lunch breaks. I had to come back at 6 p.m to collect my money

I travelled 10 miles to collect my travel cash to find that the bureau is closed for 50 minutes . I get that staff need a "break" but there must be a way to inform customers who have booked to collect that day the times that the bureau will be unavailable .

Two visits to Sainsbury's Travel Money
First visit we got some Euros for an upcoming holiday and the second visit I exchanged 6 different currencies that I had collected on numerous overseas work visits for GBPs. Both times the ladies who served us were friendly, polite and very efficient!

I ordered on line and was sent an email the day after to pick up and collect. It works really well and you get a good exchange rate.
