I had the pleasure of having Nick Luke dealing with my case, I cannot fault the service I received. He was prompt at replying to my emails, he listened to what I needed and made sure that I got just that. If ever I need any assistance I hope that it will be him that I get to deal with.

I needed to renew my policy but just had a few queries to confirm. I rang and spoke to a gentleman call John who was very helpful answered my queries, after paying over the phone he sent my payment receipt within seconds of the call finishing.

Luke Allum was really helpful and talked us through the different options for our insurance, helping us navigate the process and making changes as required. We really felt like we were in good hands and nothing was too much trouble. Setting up a new business is chaotic and was really patient with us, following up as needed to make sure we had everything we needed. Very happy with the service provided.

Nic was so friendly and helpful he took the time to go through my renewal to make sure it was correct for me and ended up saving me money.

Fast and competitive quote. Covered everything i needed it to. Had to call them as i had difficulty setting up my direct debit online...3 minuets on the phone and it was sorted! Spoke with Daniel, very friendly and helpful.
