STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY I PURCHASED A HAT THEY TOOK MY MONEY THEN GAVE ME A TRACKING NUMBER THAT I COULDN'T TRACK 😡 AND NOW THEY ARE SAYING ITS DELIVERED BUT IT HASNT AND I CANT FIND A DELIVERY WITH THAT TRACKING CODE AND DONT BOTHER CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE ALL YOU GET IS THAT YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED IF I COULD GIVE -1 I WOULD

Very quick to take your money and confirm your order. That then is the last you will hear from them. The item ordered is not delivered and there is no reply to email complaints.

They take your money instantly but never process the order.
There is no point in trying to contact them, they ignore all communication.
I’ll be claiming the money back against my credit card company.

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an order for Christmas gift bags and got scammed at the check out into believing that a further 50% discount was available. This resulted in ordering extra gift bags making a £20.00 order almost £50.00. Ordered on the 5/11/25 and still no sign of the order. Despite several emails asking for delivery details, NO RESPONSE FROM THIS COMPANY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!! Going to cancel the transaction with my bank.

Received and returned goods within 24 hours over two months ago and still not refund. This is absolutely disgusting customer service. After emails and replies stll no refund. I will never use this site again.

Ordered on 7th November still awaiting delivery. Have emailed several time. No reply.

Waited a long time for delivery, when product arrived it wasn't has described didn't look right like advertisements more like normal water , no difference after applying to vehicle paintwork.

⚠️ WARNING – SCAM COMPANY
I purchased Gentle Exfoliating Ampoule – Black Rice × 1 for £25.97. It arrived 3 weeks later, but both bottles were completely smashed due to flimsy, insecure packaging that offered no protection.
I immediately contacted Saltdays by email. They initially offered only a 50% refund, but I requested a full refund since the products were unusable. Since then, they have ignored all 5 of my follow-up emails over the past 2 weeks.
To make matters worse, the one bottle that wasn’t broken turned out to be nothing more than water in a bottle – not the skincare product advertised.
This company is a fraud. Please do not waste your money. They are advertising on YouTube, which is very concerning given the number of other customers reporting the same scam experience.

Bought 2 bras... NOT as advertised is an understatement. Emailed twice advising return - of course no answer - returned to the address on the website recorded delivery. CRICKETS.

I never learn like most people Salt days pop up adverts on you tube that’s how I learnt of them ,I bought this type of ceramic coating spray o wipe off ,when it came it wasn’t the stuff they were advertising mine was from mr Hong 😂I paid £31 for water in a plastic bottles 🙈,yes I’ve contacted them ,but YouTube should stop this shit from being on there websites ,SCAMMERS & I’ve been had

The product I bought was nothing like they advertised in fact it appeared to be just water! It did nothing to restore the plastic trim they claimed it would do. A complete scam!

Very poor service. My order did not arrive, contacted the supplier 5 times to chase my order over a 3 week period. Kept being told that my order had been shipped and to wait longer. Order still did not arrive. I have asked paypal to refund me. Wish I had read the reviews on Trust Pilot first!!
Update 21/8/25: Had no response from Saltdays to my earlier request to cancel my order, as it did not arrive. I contacted Paypal and they immediately refunded me for my order. Received an email from Saltdays today telling me that my order has been delivered. IT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED.
Update 2/9/25: Now received an email from Paypal advising that the seller has advised them that my order was delivered, and would I like to reverse my refund and pay for the item. I advised NO, because my order was NEVER DELIVERED. And Saltdays have NOT provided any proof of delivery. What a shambolic company. Avoid if possible!
Further more, I responded to the email from Paypal, only to get an email back advising that the Paypal email address is no longer monitored! And when I go onto the Paypal website, there is no option to respond to this particular issue. And when you message Paypal, you are communicating with a chat bot, with more irrelevant options. Gave up in the end! Fantastic! What a waste of my time.

Absolutely Terrible Experience – Fake Product, Zero Support!
This product is nothing like what’s shown in the videos. It’s basically just like water — no effect, no results, nothing! The promotional content is completely misleading. Delivery was delayed, and when I tried to reach out, they didn’t respond on time. Processing a refund has been a nightmare — it feels like they have no intention of giving one. This company is untrustworthy, their product is fake, and their customer service is nonexistent. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs!

I'm glad I checked on here before buying, trust your gut! If something is priced really good, and it seems too good to be true, it normally is!

Carplay Box What can i say it is of no use at all. The biggest frustration is lack of any response to emails!!! Grrr! Stay clear of them. Never use them again. will now enter into trying to claim from Paypal!

If I could give zero stars i would!!
I purchased 3 bra’s which were too small on arrival. No return information/packing slip etc in the bag so I contacted them via email to confirm how to return without any invoice number. What ensued was a ridiculous back and forth of emails where they refused to give me return details and offered me first 30% refund and keep the items then a 50% refund and keep them….this is despite me telling them 4 TIMES they did not fit me!! Finally when I informed them I would be raising a dispute with my credit card company they sent me an address in CHINA where I was to send them recorded delivery. I had already screenshot the address for returns from the page where I purchased them (Staffordshire, England) so informed them i would be sending my items there by recorded delivery. The saga goes on and I have no doubt I’ll have to raise a complaint with my credit card when I don’t receive my refund…..order at your peril!!!!
