I truly don’t think I could have chosen a better surgeon than Dr. Samet Agcayazi. From my very first consultation, I immediately felt that I was in the hands of someone who genuinely cares about his patients and takes incredible pride in his work.

Dr. Samet listened carefully to everything I wanted and, more importantly, he was honest with me about what was and wasn’t realistically achievable. I never felt like he was simply telling me what I wanted to hear. He took the time to explain everything, set realistic expectations, and make sure we were on the same page. That level of honesty and attention to detail gave me so much confidence in him.

He is truly an artist. There is something very special about having a surgeon who not only understands the medical side of what he does, but also has such an incredible eye for aesthetics and detail. I am so happy with my results, and I feel like he really understood the vision I had for myself while still making sure everything looked natural and beautiful.

His assistants were also absolutely wonderful throughout the entire experience. They were incredibly sweet, helpful, and always available whenever I had a question or needed reassurance. Being in another country for surgery can feel intimidating, but having such a supportive team made everything feel so much easier and more comfortable.

The hospital itself was also excellent. It was beautiful, extremely clean, and everyone I interacted with was kind and attentive. The nurses were wonderful. There was a bit of a language barrier since not everyone spoke much English, but I still felt cared for and was able to communicate when I needed something.

And my recovery has honestly been better than I ever expected. I had no bruising and very minimal swelling, which I was so pleasantly surprised by. Everything has been progressing so smoothly, and I truly believe that having a surgeon who knows exactly what he is doing makes such a difference.

I traveled from the United States to have my surgery with Dr. Samet, and I can honestly say that I would make the exact same decision all over again. Choosing a surgeon is such a personal and important decision, and I am incredibly grateful that I trusted Dr. Samet with mine.

Dr. Samet Ağcayazı is an incredibly talented, professional and caring surgeon. Dr. Samet Ağcayazı is absolutely incredible! Before booking with him, I was able to have a brief online consultation, in which he immediately made me feel comfortable. A day prior to my operation we had a face-to-face consultation, and Dr. Ağcayazı was very straightforward about the results he could achieve—the results that he did achieve! Not only do I love the look he has perfected, but I can already breathe so much better than I could prior to my surgery (I had a deviated septum that Dr. Ağcayazı corrected). I am thrilled with my results, as well as all of the assistance given to me by Dr. Ağcayazı‘s team and wonderful assistants. I can’t recommend him or this experience enough!

I had been thinking about getting a rhinoplasty for a long time and I’m so happy I finally went through with it. I had my rhinoplasty operation with Dr. Samet Agcayazi exactly a week ago but I can already say that my experience thanks to him and his assistant Aleyna has been more than satisfactory. I was guided and assisted in this choice from day one and they had answers to all my doubts or questions without making me create wrong expectations. I followed his detailed advice and today after having removed the cast even if my nose is still swollen I can say that I made the right choice. This is part of the healing process, they prepared me to every step. I feel like thanking him, and all the medical staff of the clinic for doing an excellent job and for always being kind, professional and empathetic. My research to find a good doctor has been long but if I could go back I would choose Dr. Samet Agcayazi again! He listened to my request to get a very natural nose and he mastered the piezo ultrasonic technique and succeeded perfectly, even fixing the deviated nasal septum found during the operation!
