Samson Doors (Samson Industrial Doors) Avis

Really efficient and helpful company! I spoke with Jules from start to finish. She answered all my silly questions and was more than happy to help.
The final result is better than expected!
Over all really great experience!

Eddie Diggin was a great support when we required a new bar shutter. Good advice from a friendly designer made the whole process work.

I contacted Samson as I am renovating my Garage and wanted a secure door so I can use it as a workshop. Eddie Diggin dealt with my enquiry and was very helpful with catering to my requests and needs for re-quoting and finding out information I asked for with no issue. Eddie was very down to earth and honest and was enjoyable to talk to in a world where people want to make a fast buck. Would highly recommend.

Very friendly and helpful sales team Eddie and Julie plus great communication by Georgia followed up by a delivery that was quicker than anticipated by two very friendly and helpful operatives.
All highly efficient and professional.
Many thanks :-)

Very professional service at all stages - friendly & helpful team.
Really pleased with my new garage door.

Excellent service from Jules and Kitty supplying a Hormann LPU sectional door.

The pricing was competitive and quotation provided the technical drawings to ensure everything was correct before placing the order.

I looked around for industrial sectional doors and felt I was being taken for a ride with the local suppliers and installers. So I decided to use Samson doors and despite being sceptical they were a safe company to use, due to the cost of all three doors, all worked out very well. Julie Hickmott is amazing. Very knowledgeable of the product and very friendly to deal with. I’m not sure the other staff are quite up to the same standard but with Julie you are in safe hands. Very pleased thanks

Julie Hickmott provided me with excellent customer service by providing top quality assistance with parts ordering and answering questions without hesitation.

Ehren Wood - Regen Automation LTD

The Company installed a aluminum veranda (car port) on Friday 16th June 2023 and on completion of the work I was so pleased with the finished article that i Iimmediately wrote a complimentary review in Trustpilot.Mickie's behaviour on the day was questionably as he barged, about obviously trying to let me know that he was in charge, but made mistakes including cutting one of the posts too short which required him to return to base to collect a replacement but i gave him the benefit of any doubt as i hoped that he was just trying to impress. On reflection, that was a mistake on my part as when I returned home from a Father's day outing on Sunday 18th I discovered a pool of water on my driveway as a result of a heavy shower of rain. On examining the guttering I found a considerable amount of water in one end and nothing in the other to allow the water to escape. Mickie and his colleague arrived to rectify the problem and it was obvious that Mickie, from his behaviour, felt aggrieved at being called back.He insisted that he had sealed both ends of the gutter and that,as he checked the levels twice in my presence, the levels were off by only 2mm (really!!) He then sealed both ends of the gutter which was quite a surprise as he has previously said that they had been sealed. He removed one end post and about 20mm of concrete (not the 2mm he insisted on) before reconnecting the post but unfortunately only with two bolts instead of four which resulted in the Company sending other members of staff to rectify the problem. Good product but the Company badly let down by the behaviour and bad attitude of person in charge of the installation! I had planned to have the company back to supply and install another veranda at the rear of my home but in view of my experience I will have to give it further consideration! My experience is one of disappointment!

I was really stuck as another supplier had let me down when i called samson doors .
Luckily I spoke Julie Hickmott .
She found the parts I was looking for faster and for a better price ,delivered than i had previously been quoted.
Her Amazing friendly service turned a pretty serious problem into an absolute pleasure.
I look forward to dealing with samson again as they have really saved my bacon.

Beautiful Cassita awning has transformed our kitchen.
Installation guys were quick, tidy and friendly.

Julie was incredibly helpful and patient whilst we made small dimensional changes as the project progressed - updating the quote promptly and accurately.

I've spoken to Julie when we used Samson the first time and I would recommend them without reservation: great product with great service.

We wanted to install two roller shutter doors.
We found Samson Doors on google.
From the start the quotation presentation was brilliant all the information, drawings we where able to check the measurements that we had provided and make any alterations. Julie Hickmontt was very helpful every step of the way. we installed the doors ourselves using the instructions provided, it was very easy. Excellent service and product.

Craig and Paul did an excellent job removing our old manual shutter and replacing it with a new electric opening shutter. They worked quickly and efficiently!
Jules at Samson was also great at getting things organised prior to installation! I would definitely recommend their services. The new shutter will make a real difference to my independence!

Excellent customer service from Jules as always

Julie and the installation team were brilliant from start to finish, Julie saved us with her proposal of sectional doors with a built in fire escape door. The architect specified roller shutters (as the client required doors that opened up), however these didn't meet building control requirements as they insisted on us providing a flush threshold fire escape door on that elevation which was achieved with the sectional doors we had installed last week. I highly recommend Julie and the team. We currently have two further enquiries with them and they are our 'go to' door suppliers.

Great service from start to finish. The roller shutter installed by Samson is a fantastic product. Julie has been very helpful throughout and has dealt with things quickly. I look forward to working with Samson again.

Recently purchased some security grilles for my home, the quotation process was easy and helpful from both Julie and Raquel, the goods was delivered quickly, and full fitting instructions was provided.

Genuinely impressed by the level of customer service, responsiveness, lead time (they did 2 weeks when no-one else could) and completeness of information on their procurement system.
Much appreciation to Jules in particular for saving us from a late project.
