Size run smaller than plus size woman. Difficulty trying to get the correct return address. Still no reply back. On line states that I should not send package back with , if any, return address on delivered package. First time trying to purchase with this business, Saphrose.com. I’m very frustrated especially if I can’t even have use of my purchase.

Just the rain poncho I wanted
After looking on several sites for a rain poncho for my river cruise in October I found the one I want on SaphiRose. It meets my expectations and needs for a roomy throw over clothes/coat while looking stylish. It comes just above the knee and I esp. like the zipper for easy on and off.....also the snaps that keep the sleeves in place.
I'm 5'5" and weigh 124 but it is plenty roomy for a bigger person.

Keeps you dry
Worked great to keep me dry while gardening in steady rain. I especially like the extra brim on the hood. Since it is unisex, it is quite large, so I roll up the sleeve slightly and use a clip together belt around my waist to fit it closer to my body

Overall the company has good communication skills. There was always written follow up. When there were issues involving the raincoat, staff was able to help me resolve them to my satisfaction.
Many aspects of the raincoat showed excellent quality.

The rain poncho I ordered was a great price, arrived ahead of schedule, and looks exactly as pictured. It is light-weight and folds down small for packing, but I have not needed to wear it in the rain yet. If it proves to be as waterproof as advertised, I will come back and add a fifth star.

I ordered 7 ponchos for a family trip to Disneyworld. 2 of the children's ponchos arrived with no travel sacks. The customer service representative named Echo has been wonderful at working on a resolution and I am very grateful for their help and kindness.
