BUYER BEWARE!!! Very poor quality and could not wear. Spent over £60 and it has taught me a lesson. Should have listened to the reviews. The company were actually responsive when I emailed but all I
got was a few ££ off. Total waste of money. Could not return to China at my cost, which was the alternative.

The dresses received did not match the website images . They were totally different, should have been linen but were an awful shiny polyester material
It took over a month to resolve;
I had to negotiate repeatedly (15%, 30%, 50%, then 70%+) before reaching a settlement;
I accepted a partial refund just to avoid an even lengthy timeframe and dispute.
I have given it one star purely because I did eventually get most of my money back but it took perseverance.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! I should have checked reviews before I ordered….
Garbage clothes and a completely false company, DO NOT BUY anything from them.
Mistakenly thought this was a Canadian Company, site looked great, clothes looked great, not what was received.
The dress I ordered was terrible, from the quality of the fabric to the sizing absolute garbage. Offered me 20% discount, and said I could keep dress…
From what I’m reading, these “stores” pop up sell what they can to unsuspecting buyers, once caught, change names and repeat. I highly doubt you will ever get a refund (I will see)
Biggest concern is they get our credit card and personal information…
UPDATE. Offered 20% refund, got them up to 50% as they apparently have a 50% stocking fee!!! I have threatened to go as viral as I can, and warn everyone. They change their names as soon as they are caught, you can’t find an address!!!! I will update again if I get the refund, from what I am reading refunds have to be chased - let’s see what happens

The shop made out they were moving premises and so everything was 50% off just that day until midnight. I thought I was buying something in the shop as I was lead to believe. the items didn't come for a few weeks, when i chased they gave me a tracking number which said items at the export. So not from a shop then when the items eventually came they were of really poor quality not at all what was shown on their website (which is still running)
. I asked for a full refund (not even tried them on they are so poor) they came back and said I would need to pay import charges and a gesture of good will they could offer 10% refund and for me to keep due to environment. I agreed to 50% refund. I've now received the money after chasing several times. This isn't what you think so please be aware (no address either for the shop)

do not order this is a scam company - |I will be taking further action and suggest all take the time to report to trading standards - Sarah & Clare??? the items come from abroad. I have not received mine although it appears that they had been delivered and left out side so someone must have stolen... however, looking at other comments the items are not what they claim to be so maybe best not to have received them

The item I ordered took several weeks to arrive and was very poor quality and had certainly not come from a London Store as the item was delivered internationally. I contacted the business to request a return and was advised that due to the international cost of postage I should keep the item and they would refund me 30% of the total cost of the item. Not really sure the business conforms to trades descriptions legislative requirements at all as the impression they give are that they are a London based store run by two ladies. This is clearly not the case. Avoid, Avoid Avoid!!

The 'company' is registered as:
'Orthopaedic goods and prosthetic devices', based in the Netherlands! I thought it's a company that sells dresses, based in London (not prosthetics based in the Netherlands)!

BEWARE....something dodgy is going on. I ordered a dress a month ago, money taken....but still no dress!

DO NOT ORDER - Please do not order from this company. Ordered two dresses and they are nothing like the pictures displayed the material is extremely cheap, no chance or returning as they were marked as sale/reduced items and they are shipped from China so you have to pay postage to return. I did not read the reviews until after I had ordered. I emailed immediately within about 20 minutes and received an email a few days later saying the items had already been despatched and nothing they could do.

The processing time is too long and the quality of the item’s appalling

Not a London based shop. All handled internationally. Appalling T&C making it impossible to return/refund.

The dresses I have received are not the same as the pictures on the website. This is not a shop in London as they portray but a Chinese scam to sell a rubbish product. One dress was not linen as advertised but 100% polyester. The style and fabric are not the same, they are shoddily made and very poor quality. Do not trust this website.

THIS COMPANY CLAIM TO BE IN LONDON UK, CHANGING PREMISES SO HAVE REDUCED SOME OF THEIR CLOTHES. THIS IS ACTUALY IN CHINA, THEY ARE NOT ANSWERING MY EMAILS, AS I HAVE NO ADDRESS TO RETURN GOODS. THEY OFFER A 30 DAY RETURN POLICY !!!!

This is a scam! Do not waste your money on this…Is temu items sold under cover using this name Claire and Sarah or whatever!! I order a co order set in Large size and is ridiculous small, quality is very very low and when i request a return well nobody replied.
I wasted £40 for nothing.Items I can’t even use as cleaning cloth!!!! How can we ban this website so people can’t be robbed anymore!????

Shocking quality and cannot believe I fell for this scam I honestly check everything but this slipped through the net

The goods were shoddily made, relapsed stitching and just disappointing to say the least with that said,
Losing money on top cannot understand how this government do not step in there’s so much of this going on now it’s virtually impossible to know what’s scam and what’s not anymore

Clothes finally arrived. Looks like Temu rejects. I have tried to get a returns but have to email. I looked up website before buying and it had good reviews, trust me to look at the wrong website. I may now be out of pocket for £200. If anyone has any idea how I can get this back please let me know

Do not buy anything. I received goods, poor quality and looks like they charge for each item to be returned plus fees to china. I am now waiting for the return address to china and dread to think the cost of returning the items. It’s an absolute disgrace. They are not based in London and looks like very deceptive marketing.
