DO NOT BUY from this site. This company does not even deserve the 1 star rating. The quality is shocking. The quality is nothing like the descriptions or pictures. Although they say 30 day money back guarantee what they do not tell you is that you have to return to China at your own cost and then they charge to exam the goods on return.

SCAM!!!!!!!! Product took forever to arrive. Quality is NOTHING like the AI generated advertisement. Return is a joke. They charge the same amount for the return as the outfit. STAY AWAY!!!!

100% polyester - cheap and nasty but not even cheap. At my own expense to return the goods so I took them straight to a charity shop to find a new home%

Like everyone else - just adding my voice to the DO NOT BUY from this company - the clothes are listed as cotton and linen but they are 100% polyester and poorly made. I have reported their Instagram page for fraud - but I doubt Meta will take action.

The dresses are shocking quality and and a terrible fit. The refund terms feel like a complete con too. They will charge a restock fee per item and if it was ‘on sale’ then there is no refund guarantee. Do not use this company

Order at your peril! I thought I'd been sensible, didnt order through Facebook advert, went to website. All looked good. Took nearly a month to arrive and I coukd tell ftom parcel wasn't going to be good. I was right! Bears no resemblance to picture, quality is terrible. I would of been disappointed if a £10 Shein dress. I paid £45
I have contacted them but reading other reviews on here and a Google expose dont think I will be getting my money back

Absolute scam! Garments look beautiful on website but when they eventually arrive (weeks later) they are cheap and nasty and bear no resemblance to pictures. Call themselves Sarah Claire LONDON - unless there’s a London in China I don’t think so!!!

This company is a scam - avoid them

I’ve been told that I’ll get a refund of 50 percent of my paid amount but have had to keep chasing them. Has anyone ever received any refund?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are not who they say the are and your goods will never arrive.

I am feeling really stupid- have been conned and wasted £50. Ordered 2 dresses they are skimpy, awful polyester and dreadfully made.

Scan, items are of poor quality and take ages to arrive, definately not how they portray items on the Facebook site

Scam. PLEASE PLEASE do not buy. Outfit was shocking. Gutted I fell for it. The only time I didn't check Trust pilot. Awaiting an offer from them now instead of returning to China as it will be costly. Oh well. My mistake but hopefully I can warn others 🙏

This is a scam. Avoid like a plague. It appears to be a respectable London store but it isn't. It is the front for Chinese vendors who do actually send the goods but they are outrageously awful, cheap and nasty fabric with fuzzy photo printing. When you want to return the shoddy goods, you have to send them to CHina at your expense!

Do NOT FALL IN TO THE TRAP!! A lovely picture popped up on my instagram feed of 2 ladies in their London shop saying they were having a one off sale as they are moving to a bigger premises and this sale would end at midnight. ALL a big fat lie! No shop, the clothes come from China and the ‘one off sale’ is still going on weeks later. The clothes arrived today and they are AWFUL! Cheap fabric badly made. This is a complete rip off and a con! Should be illegal. Looked at return policy and OF COURSE if it’s in the sale no refund. DO NOT BUY FTOM THIS COMPANY. I regret my decision and falling for the con myself.
