Easy to order online. The flower arrangement that was delivered reflected the picture online.

I ordered over $200 of flowers
I ordered over $200 of flowers, chandon and a toy for a sick friend in hobart who has been in and out of hospital and finally got my order refunded as they were disjointed, bumbling fools who wasted over an hour and days of my time calling me for stupid reasons however when returning the call you have to sit on a ridiculous IVR with backwards music like backwards throwback Hobart! OMG! Don't do it. I'm still waiting for my refund.

10th anniversary…
Ordered flowers for my 10th anniversary with my wife, a very special occasion.
I get a phone call at 5:15pm, sorry our delivery driver damaged your flowers and they weren't delivered. I've got no time now to go and get her a nice surprise bunch of flowers before she gets home.
The website guarantees a delivery by 5pm. I am angry, frustrated and beyond annoyed. Steer clear, DO NOT USE. There are far better options around.
The girl on the phone did offer to deliver a bunch tomorrow... free delivery... Seriously.... What woman wants flowers the day after...
