What an amazing experience ordering sympathy flowers from Sarah's Flowers. After ordering online, I gave the recipient's address. Sarah's Flowers followed up with the recipient, and after they were advised that they were staying elsewhere, Sarah's Flowers delivered the flowers to them. I cannot thank them enough. They also sent me a text message confirming the delivery. The flowers were beautiful. Absolutely amazing service.

Beautiful flowers. Beautifully arranged and fresh. Delivered early in the day which was appreciated. Flowers looked exactly like the online photos. Prices were really good too.

Don't believe the trust pilot reviews read the Reddit ones. This companies website makes it look as though they are a local florist they are not!. They are a large company selling flowers on. My husband sent me a $158 bunch of flowers it had a basic and two proteas in a very small box with cheap filler. They would not accept my complaint or request for a refund because I am the recipient. They really take advantage of people as it's hard to complain if someone sends you flowers it makes the recipient look ungrateful and hurts the senders feelings. Verify that you are dealing with a local florist

I can assure you the flowers you received were made with beautiful, fresh quality blooms grown here in Australia, and they matched what was ordered for you from our website.
Regarding our phone number, it helps us see where you're calling from so we can support you properly, while our florists are on the bench making bouquets. Because you are the recipient rather than the sender, there were limits on what order details we could discuss with you, as we have to do the right thing under Australian privacy law. But your feedback still absolutely counts, and we took it seriously. Once we had the sender's permission to get in touch, we were able to sort out a resolution for you.
We do care about every one of our customers, and I'm sorry you didn't get a good experience the first time you reached out. We've taken your feedback on board and addressed it with our team.

Ordered online. Service was excellent. Kept me informed re delivery and when the flowers were delivered. Got a photo of them from the recipient the flowers were beautiful. Highly recommend.

I wanted a blue and white arrangement, but was told that was not possible and I had to stick to illustrated arrangements. Whilst the arrangement was lovely, it wasn't really what I wanted, so disappointed.

Avoid!!!
Avoid!!!! Ordered flower for VERY important occasion, their driver "could not find the address" even though it's a well know and established art gallery. They did not call me about this till Monday morning ( the deliver was booked for the previous Saturday).
They did offer a refund or a delivery on Tuesday , ie 4 days after the occasion. Very upsetting.
