We just had 2 large (3 meters high) victorian sash windows replaced by the team at Wandsworth Sash Windows and we are really pleased with the final results and support we received throughout the process.

The windows were really well manufactured, they look exactly like the other windows in our building (which was a requirement) and the installation team was lovely and did a great work overall. We appreciate the attention given to the finishing touches!

The warranty on the windows has been very reassuring to us. We look forward to seeing the changes it is going make during the winter and to double glaze our remaining windows with Wandsworth Sash Windows when it is the right time for us!

I don’t usually write reviews, but credit where it’s due Wandsworth Sash Windows really impressed me. I had a set of bespoke hardwood bifolding doors made and fitted by them, and they’ve completely transformed the back of my house. The space now feels open, full of light, and genuinely enjoyable to spend time in.

The doors themselves are well-made. Solid timber, lovely detailing, and they fold and slide with absolute ease. You can tell they’re built for show for long-term use, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

The fitting team were excellent too, no faff, no drama. Just quietly got on with the job, made sure everything was aligned and working properly, and left the place tidier than they found it. A small touch, but one that says a lot about their standards.

I also appreciated that they didn’t rush the process. From the initial chat through to final installation, they gave me the time and space to make decisions, with no pushy sales talk. Just proper advice, clearly based on years of experience.

Fantastic work by the WSW / Parsons team. They really worked hard and put a shift in, and even worked through their lunch break so they could get the job done. Really happy with how everything turned out.

A warranty issue developed with a window that had been upgraded in that it was stuck wide open. A email to the company on the weekend got an immediate response and a crew was rescheduled to arrive Monday morning to sort the problem. They arrived on time and resolved the issue in a very professional manner. Top marks to Wandsworth for terrific customer service.

I recently had four pairs of sash windows by WSW / Parsons Joinery and am very happy. The quality of the work is just fantastic the windows look beautiful and the double-glazing has really made a big difference to how cosy the house feels. They also did a new set of French doors and the fit and finish are spot on and they feel really solid and well made.

The whole team were friendly and professional, turned up when they said they would and always left everything tidy. You can really tell they care about what they do and take pride in the details. I’d 100% recommend them if you’re looking for proper quality joinery work. Definately a 5 star experience.

I had one window fitted by Wandsworth Sash Windows and I’m really pleased with the result. The team arrived on time and completed the job quicker than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The fitters were polite, friendly and clearly hardworking. I was impressed by how smooth and clean the whole process was, as I expected it to be more disruptive. We did have one visit rescheduled which was a little frustrating, but I understand these things can happen and it did not take away from the overall experience. The window looks great and works very well. It has only been a couple of days but everything seems spot on so far. I would definitely recommend them.

I had my work done in two phases. The first phase was the installation of a set of rear French doors. They look absolutely brilliant, flawless! The second phase was the installation of some windows. What an expert installer Ghas is. I arranged for Wandsworth Sash Windows to fit some bathroom windows for me in my rental property. Managing everything remotely with the time difference and between company and tenant is normally quite a challenge but all has been done really efficiently. Their fitter Ghas is such a pro.
