Replaced two sash windows which are fine but managed to touch up the windowsills and surrounds in the wrong colour. The paint was wet when I signed off the job so I didn’t realise the mistake.

They offered to repaint with me paying half the cost, despite this being their mistake, and are relying on my rooky error, of signing the job off before I was sure it was ok, to fight my dispute. This in spite of the paperwork disclosed during the dispute admitting a poor colour match.

I hope that their greed was worth it. I will be going elsewhere for my next project.

Nightmare Co to deal with, no customer service whatsoever (eg moving appointments at the last moment) and the window is a disappointment even though it was ridiculously expensive (over £3k for one single glazed sash). Instead of wood they used putty on the exterior which is already grubby & a different colour from the rest of the window, and the 'furniture' which they'd forgotten to put on initially, doesn't match that on the windows in the rest of the house. Avoid.

We now have new WSW Shashwindows in our flat in Pimlico.
We want to warn you, that they do NOT repair your external window boxes if you have a “repair” contract.
Our boxes are rotten in the lower corner, and during the surveil they told us, it would be enough to repair the windows. We didn’t need new boxes.
Watching their very nice Homepage, you can only have the impression, that repair means repairing all rotten wood.
It is not so. You will have to pay extra for that service!!!
We are disappointed.

Overall the quality of work is exceptional. I had one window replaced and now all my other windows look very shabby in contrast! The work was quick and efficient. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the high cost of the window. I was quoted cheaper, but then I suppose you pay for quality. I would use them again.

First time someone came round was at the end of November, they took measurements. Then someone else came round just before Christmas, they measured up again, The one replacement sash window was finally fitted in a February. I phoned and requested information by email on numerous occasions but nobody got back to me, it seemed to be all about convenience for the company. I needed a timeline for the fitting of the window so I could book in other jobs, not having one meant a big delay in completing the room.
I am happy with the replacement window but not sure I would use the company again given the poor customer service.

Company very badly let down by one terrible fitter, the others were great.
