Sassy Avis 

First ordered a phone case on the 25th November 2020, however by the 30th December, I had still not received my phone case. This was despite them confirming on two separate occasions that my order had been dispatched. I had also paid extra for first class shipping. By this point, I had lost complete faith in them so asked for a full refund. I eventually got a reply on the 8th January 2021 and was told all refunds had to go through management but after that I heard nothing. It was only when threatened with legal action that they finally sent me a notification of a refund on 26th January 2021. Every single email I sent had to be chased up with further emails and it took over a month from first asking for a refund to actually receiving the money in my bank. I will never ever be ordering from this awful company again.

Ordered 2 phone cases on 17th Dec 2020 after seeing a post saying they’d be here in time for xmas, they arrived not only late on 2nd Jan, but also faulty. One phone case was poorly printed and the other wasn’t even the right colour nor was it the correct phone size I ordered. So I emailed them about it that day and they said they’d get a replacement out within a week, which they didn’t.

23rd Jan I emailed them again asking for a refund at this point, as my order clearly wasn’t coming, I’ve basically given them money for absolutely nothing. They replied 3 days later and said ‘ We can always re-send this right away if you'd prefer this to a full refund’ I replied that same day and said no I want my refund because I’m not happy with the service and don’t trust they’ll send the case.

They have yet to get back to me about my refund.

Overall I personally just wouldn’t order from here ever again. I work in retail myself and understand there can be faults and delays sometimes but this kind of service is actually worrying for a big social media based company.

they kept sending me the wrong phone case and then just stopped responding to my messages. a waste of £20. i review them before but they keep removing my review.

Unreal phone case and is protective but also pretty!! It’s perfect I will definitely be re purchasing xx

My second time ordering from sassy skins and they never fail! Phone cases really good quality, variety of stunning designs to choose from and customer service team are really helpful! There was a slight issue where I first got sent the wrong case but they quickly sorted that and sent me the one I ordered out and allowed me to keep the one they sent out wrong😊💕

Ordered case on 4th Jan and case came today 16/01. Edges are already frayed and looks worn. Poor quality and not worth £20.

The delivery took two weeks when it was only meant to take one! my case came and it's lovely but it has scratches all over it, it also isn't very protective so its good I have a screen protector. When I emailed it took at least 2 days for them to reply, they were lovely but gave false information. I think sassy online should take just a little more care.
Not that impressed but I do love my case so I would say give it a shot xx

Sassy Online are the best phone case company out there. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I did have a problem with the last case that I ordered, however they were extremely helpful and friendly when I contacted them and were able to send out a replacement for me.
