Bought card 26/27 for a 2015 VW Tiguan it took 3 days to arrive and it works we where pleased with the service it was as advertised and 1/2 the price quoted by VW thanks
Bit slow at the start. Instead of the thirty minutes for them to get intouch took days and numerous emails. Finaly received the satnav card and it works great.

Thought I had been scammed
I contacted this company regarding purchasing an updated SD card for my Sat nav. They were very quick at responding suggesting the correct one for my car. I purchased it and the discovered I needed to sign for it, I reached out to them after nearly a week from ordering as people on the website were saying that had received theirs within a couple of days. I emailed and whatsapped and also got in touch with PayPal who I purchased through. I heard nothing apart from 1 message at 12.06am asking how they could help me. I rescheduled my delivery and now have my purchase which seems OK. I would suggest better communication with the buyers as I really thought I had been scammed. I think delivery had a lot to do with it but total lack of communication is not the way to get good reviews.

Do not use this company
Ordered an SD card which unfortunately wasn’t compatible with my vehicle , an alternative one was sent out which still didn’t work!
Emailed the support team no response!
Contacted the company via WhatsApp and received a full refund

I ordered (online) an updated sat-nav card for our Micra. It came by special delivery the next day!
I tried it and it did not work. I received an email from satnav card to ask if I was was satisfied with the product. I replied that I could not get it to work. They sent me another card for free. (I later found out that it was my satnav antenna in the car which was at fault). I replaced the antenna, and then the card worked fine.

VW SD card
Very speedy communication when I asked a question about compatibility and the SD card was posted the same day. Great product, I just plugged it in and it worked perfectly. Would definitely recommend.
