Initial contact response was very fast. a very easy business to work with - sent a photo of my existing card - emailed straight back with what i needed and a link for ordering - simple
The quick response in identifying the right Sat Nav card for my car was great. My order turned up in the timeframe given and the card was just a simple switch for the old one and works.

Communication was great..made a choice,couple of days arrived but unfortunately not working..claimed my money back with 3 emails but never got any answer…waste of my £50…never again use this company

I was looking through reviews for a new sat nav card for my car. This company kept popping up with great customer service. I wasn't sure which one would be correct for my car. I emailed and got a reply back very quickly. The company had sent photos of what car system I had and told me the one I needed. So I ordered one up. A great purchase and a great price compared to other companies. So this is why I gave a top review. I would happily recommend.

The online messaging was very helpful…
The online messaging was very helpful in helping me purchase the correct satnav card. I was initially worried when I inserted the sd card as an error message came up. I waited for about 20 seconds before it was read and the system started to update. Since then it’s worked very well - have been to Bruges and back.

My husband finally inserted this yesterday, after I told him what it was for, he thought it was for his new phone. It works perfectly thank you, he was pleased when he received this as a Christmas gift.

Card was not the latest version it said it would send and did not work properly .
I have emailed and asked for refund and no reply given.
I have now sent 6 emails and nothing back.
I would not recommend this company at all
