Product was successfully delivered on 9th Jan. Sorry that the delivery was a few days late, most probably due to Xmas backlog at Royal Mail. Please note that once we hand over to the carrier we are at the mercy of the carrier's delivery promise. Service reviews of Royal Mail should be directed at... Royal Mail.

Emailed these guys over Christmas as my infotainment system was constantly rebooting, emailed to check I had the right card and they got back to me within a day, card was sent (great price too), followed instructions so far so good. Excellent correspondence and card does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

Very easy to find item I was looking for on the website. Reviews were all positive as will be mine.
Installation instructions couldn’t have been more concise and it did what it said “on the tin”. Not used in Europe as yet but I feel confident that it will continue to satisfy. Glad I didn’t use my main dealership, cost would have at least been double.
Will certainly recommend to anyone in need of a Satnav upgrade. Many thanks.
