Disappointing experience for a luxury purchase

I recently purchased a pair of Amina Muaddi shoes from Savannahs and while the shoes themselves are fine, the box arrived clearly damaged, with visible marks and a tear.
For a luxury designer purchase, the packaging is part of the overall experience and should meet a certain standard. No prior notice was given about the condition of the box.
Customer service acknowledged the issue but only offered a €20 voucher for a future purchase, which does not feel like a fair or proportionate resolution.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience and not what I would expect when shopping for luxury items.

After wearing my The Row shoes only once or twice, visible damage appeared. Savannahs’ response was to repeatedly dismiss the issue as “normal wear,” with no ownership, no empathy, and no real attempt to support a loyal customer.

For a luxury retailer, this level of detachment and lack of accountability is unacceptable.

Never again.

Fastest delivery ever for my Louboutin

I ordered a Louboutin shoes without reading the reviews, and I m happy. After I placed an order I become curious to read the reviews, and after that I was extra nervous.. most of people talked about broken shoes or wrong models came to them, but I was lucky and I got my Louboutin Mamadrague flat ballets in just two days in excellent condition and quality. With the discount it was even more pleasant. Thank u to Savannahs, definitely I will order from there once again.

Impossible to return the shoes

I ordered Louboutin sandals, which are unfortunatelly too small. I am waiting for the return label since one week! Nobody is writing back, not answering my call. A disaster.

I ordered a pair of Sneakers thursdag

I ordered a pair of Sneakers thursday, and the following monday I had them delivered.

New, nicely packed in the box with everything as expected.

I were hesitant based on the reviews as I live in Denmark, and the shop is located in Sweden, so I couldn't just return them easily.

All went fine, at first their support were a bit slow to answer, but when the ticket were picked up i got fast answers.

Would buy again

My experience

I read the review below and was hesitant to use this site. But at the same time I know it is a legit site and can be protected through my bank so I took the risk.

I ordered CL shoes on 02 Feb 25 and was delivered on 05 Feb 05 to an overseas country through DHL.

Shoe size is correct, packaging is fine and the shoes are in the condition it should be in.

So I would recommended using this site. Maybe some have had bad experience but I am writing this review so that people know that there are customers who have had a good experience.

The shoes were on offer and got a great deal

Excellent customer service

I ordered a pair of Manolo Blahnik shoes in the sale but unfortunately when they arrived, they were the wrong size. I was able to return the shoes and order a new pair at no additional cost. The entire process was smooth and the communication was excellent. Delivery and return shipping was all free of charge. Both pairs of shoes were in pristine condition and beautifully packaged despite being sale items.

Good customer service

I read the reviews below and was quite worried after I received damages shoes, but the return process was very easy and the replies were quite quick as well. Because I received the shoes damages I also got the shipping costs back. The return was processed quite quickly as well. Even though the shoes were damaged, the service was great. Would recommend.

order Cancellation

I ordered a pair of Manolo shoes without reading the reviews. After reading them, I got worried because some people claimed to have received second-choice items (this is the only online seller offering high discounts on this type of product). So, I contacted their customer service, saying I wanted to cancel the order (which hadn’t been shipped yet) due to the negative reviews. Within two days and without any issues, they canceled the order and refunded the amount paid via PayPal. My review is about their customer service, not the quality of the products they sell, as I didn’t have the chance to see or test them.

Tasche von Alaia Paris nach vier Monaten kaputt. Kundenservice bezüglich Reparatur geschrieben. Trotz unzähliger Mails, nach drei Wochen immer noch keine Rückmeldung.

Manolo Blahnik in different product box

I ordered a pair of Manolo Blahnik Hangisi's from Savannahs while they were on sale. They arrived after a few days, as promised which was a positive. Unfortunately, once I opened the box, I found that the shoes had been put in a different box to the product style and they had added another label with a handwritten description and barcode written on that label. It appeared that the box was for the Manolo Blahnik mules, instead from what I could see through the other label. Then when I opened the shoebox, I found that the buckle on one of the shoes had some sort of loose/extra thread on it. I immediately contacted the company and they have kindly offered a return but I was honestly quite surprised by how they justified the different shoebox. They stated via email that the original shoebox was damaged and so they replaced it with a spare one. I was disappointed that this was not disclosed prior to shipment. I will be returning the shoes due to the lack of transparency and integrity shown by this company. My advice is that if you do order shoes from them, and aren't happy with them, just return them. Don't try to negotiate with customer service as they clearly have no understanding of what proper customer service is. I even suggested out of goodwill to keep the shoes if they were happy to offer a discount on my next order but that was met with a response that the shoes were already discounted. Even if you buy shoes on sale, if they are defective or in the wrong box, that should be disclosed to the customer. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that they don't work with customer support. What a joke. I would spend my money elsewhere.

Can’t buy shoes with credit cards

Tried to buy shoes twice with two different credit cards (cards we have had for years, bought things all around the world with them) they just cancelled the orders citing they “didn’t pass internal security checks” whatever that means, and said to pay with PayPal instead, which I don’t have. Have to wait 14 days for a refund for both cards. The funny thing is I have bought from them before with one of these credit cards (had a great experience by the way) and it was fine. Go figure.
