I had a really good experience with Savicki. I ordered a full set with a ring, earings and pendant. The pendant would have been available in 60days, but they made an effort and delivered everything in 2 weeks. The customer support was always helpful and friendly.
One thing that can be improved is to send an email to the client, when the products have been shipped, with a tracking number.

the ring I chose doesn't look like the one in the pictures on their website, much below expectations and even though I expressed my desire to return it, they made me wait for weeks and nothing, the only answer I get is that the manager does not respond to messages

We ordered the engagement rings from Savicki in a rush having only 2 weeks before our big event.
The customer service experience was great! The communication went smoothly and the sales agent was able to provide us useful information, help us to place the order with custom specifications (unavailable on the website) and keeped us updated with the status of our rings. We specified a date which is impossible thinking about wedding rings when we placed the order, but Savicki didn't let us down and we had our rings delivered on time.
