Unbelievable people to work for. They have underpaid me for four months, no engagement, no adherence to the law. Please consider working somewhere else, they will mistreat you and bully you, until your only recourse is employment tribunal. Go and look up their history at tribunal, speaks for itself; sexual harassment, disability discrimination, and more unpaid wages than a gulag.

Do not work for these,my friend has a learning disability,he has worked from January 15 hours per week,4 days a week,they have just payed him £24 since then,they don't answer calls or respond to emails

I got a job offer from this company and the reviews I've read so far are scary and dismissive. Guys, should I go for it?

I would not recommend anyone to work for this company. I worked for them twice and twice I was dismissed unfairly. The first time was because I had a mental breakdown and instead of supporting me they just got rid of me like a bit of dirt on their shoe. This time, the second time, they have dismissed me not even a week in to the job, giving me barely any time to get used to the job because tasks weren’t completed. They can’t communicate with people to save their lives, no one can agree what hours were meant to be doing so it’s very confusing and frustrating all the time trying to do right by the company, my colleagues and my manager. They don’t have any respect or value for their employees whatsoever and I refuse to have anything to do with the company ever again. The only benefits this time around is the fact my work place was close to home and the people I was working with. If you value your sanity AT ALL, DO NOT work them.

Awful company to work for management don’t have clue, are rude and disrespectful, unappreciative also don’t let you have/pay holidays even when already approved them months ago, so quick to save themselves money weather it buy sh*t products to use or take money off you for clocking off 1 minute early even when was only 5p it’s ridiculous management don’t even respond to you half the time.
Avoid the company at all costs

Anyone thinking of working for these clowns then I strongly recommend to rethink.
Breach of contract
Zero management skills
Don’t allow pre booked holiday.
Highly rude and lie pretending AI did it.

And that’s just for starters.

Racists, today you must do that, tomorrow you did it wrong, don't use detergents use just wet cloth, supervisor smelling like alcohol and marijuana, pay in minimum wage and you must beg for your money, to get paid, I must wait 90 days to get paid, how I will survive, don't go work for them, at least at Newark Castle House, security guys and manager will mop the floors with your brain while they play games on phones, smelling like alcohol and marijuana, don't go, low pay, no training, mean people, not the council people, they are great but the company and security, that has nothing to do with your cleaning job are awful, mean, you can see the hate in their eyes, racists, low pay, not answering to emails, trying to pay as less and as late as possible, no training at all, just complains about your activity, even if council employees very happy, some even invited me to clean theyr house, alcohol and marijuana smell un cupboards, stay away from Castle House Council job, you will get crazy,felt worst ever job, they mop the floors with my brain. Bad and worst experience even if I did my best, without any training, as a cleaner I observe what need attention, but when someone come and throw bits of paper and small bits of food after I vacuum, it drives me crazy. Don't go work for Newark council, maybe the company is ok, I doubt that, but don't go to Newark council as cleaner, if you want more details contact me 07459107577
