Minster Cleaning Avis

Excellent company

The current standard of cleaning and service are excellent. The cleaner is always prepared to go the extra mile.

I am proud to say i have been working at Minster for 5+ years now and hands down this is easily the best commercial cleaning company i have ever worked for. Being part of a national chain is a massive advantage and great knowledge pool to be able to share with. Head office are friendly and supportive to our needs as a branch as best as possible and they do listen to our concerns which is not common place in other national organisations. The team feel like a work family, we all have our ups and downs but the support is fantastic. We are such a close team we have little celebrations at different times of the year together, it is great to see. Cleaning can be a very hard industry, sometimes over looked and under-appreciated. A lot of clients want cleaning but cant afford to spend a lot so its about making it work with the resources you have and i think our team certainly do their best to make staff and customers happy. We are only human and sometimes we get it wrong but we do not sit on the fence, we own up and put things right. also this is the first cleaning company i have been at where all the staff muck in if need be to help make sure customers are happy and not missed out. Minster are pretty well up to date having the support of specialists in Employment law inc common practices such as TUPE, Health and Safety, GDPR procedures etc. Again this shared knowledge from 42 branches is a great help. As an employee you can learn so much about the business world in my role and as a cleaner you are well looked after and prepared for the site you are looking after. All things considered Minster is a very good company with a heart and best intentions for their staff and customers!

Made 3 telephone calls - left 3 voice messages on one number from their mail shot - Waste of time as they never return your calls.

Sent one email requesting a call back - no such luck!

Then found on the web site an 0800 number so tried that - got through, but obviously was a virtual sales assistant so asked for a call back & explained it's a mission to engage with this firm - god help anyone who uses their cleaning services going by their customer service! Needless to say still not had a call back - what a waste of my time & effort - avoid like the plague!!

I run a Franchise Car Dealership in York. Minster Cleaning have been very professional from the outset. We have two great cleaners daily, regular visits from an Area Manager and the whole process from quote to contract to start date was very straightforward. Would definitely recommend to other businesses in the area!

Our building is cleaned daily, and Tracey, our regular cleaner, does an excellent job.
