Minster Cleaning Avis

Jarida from Minster Cleaning Staffordshire is absolutely fantastic and a real credit to Minster. Her attention to detail is second to none and the standard of cleaning is consistently outstanding. Every visit leaves the place spotless, fresh and perfectly organised. Jarida is reliable, professional and clearly takes pride in her work, which reflects brilliantly on the Minster team. I would highly recommend Jarida and Minster to anyone looking for a cleaner who genuinely goes above and beyond.

We have been with Minster for a long time. They have always been reliable, helpful and flexible. I can always tell when the office has been cleaned, it has that lovely sparkle. We have also had our carpets cleaned and everyone could notice the difference after they had been. I highly recommend them, Adele has always been friendly and available. Appreciate everything they do.

I have used Minster Cleaning for many years and first started using them after having bad experiences with a couple of local cleaning companies who always started off well but then would let you down. When I moved to a new company and we then required a cleaning company they were my first port of call. If we have any issues they are always quick to respond and resolve. Over the years we have developed a really good working relationship.

I would advise no body to work for company
they are very ignorant when they reply back with a tex
they don't promise you anything when you ask them bout stuff they ignore it worst thing I did never again
so don't work for them

You can commonly expect to be ignored, no support for personal circumstances, broken promises and they will take your money that you earned and ignore you. Never provide cover so expect you to pick up the slack. Never saw them personally apart from interview and first day! They’ll happily be paid by the site and everything else is down to you

I currently work for minster and have been for 3 months. They gave me a chance when nobody else would. I currently work by myself aswell. I love it. Not sure why people complain, they are such nice people, if I ever run out of products they are ready to bring you more. I do have a favorite though haha, no names given but she’s always a right laugh and giggle. -Molly

The ladies who visited our premises to carry out a deep clean were very efficient, pleasant and provided a great service.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I suggest you research them before considering trusting them with your facility requirements. They will sell you the dream and then let you down! Horrendous local office staff who are abrupt, rude, and unhelpful! Steer clear!

DO NOT USE! I would not recommend this company to any business or anyone considering working for them. Their customer service is a disgrace and they do not care about their clients or staff!

I have been working for Minster Cleaning in Norfolk for about 1 year now, and I can honestly say that they have been a great company to work for, very professional and very helpful.
Any questions or any problems I still have, I get a answer straight away. Great at stocking my cleaning cupboard up when I'm running low on stock. (I am never out of any cleaning materials) When I put on my work apron I feel proud of the company I work for.

I have worked for Minster out of the Newcastle branch for the last 5 months and I can honestly say that I have found it an amazing company to work for! The management are supportive, easy to contact and go out of their way to resolve any issues that might arise. They are approachable and genuinely nice people. Stock is easy to order and you get a reminder with plenty of time to put your order in. I have had numerous managers over the years and my line manager at Minster is by far one of the best at his job, being friendly, organised and nothing is too much trouble for him to look into for me. I would definately recommend working at Minster Cleaning. Jackie B.

I have been working at Minster Cleaning for 9 years now and it has been an incredibly rewarding experience. They truly value employees. The Management team are very approachable, with the flexible working hours and a focus on mental health and well-being it is easy to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

The manager is very approachable and welcomes questions. He encourages communication and makes himself accessible to the teams. supervisor always on hand if any support is needed, stock always issued when asked for. Would recommend Minster cleaning as a great Company to work with.

Was trying to workout at pure gym and one of your cleaners wasn’t being careful. This was in the weightlifting area, during my workout she kept shoving her vacuum around my legs mid workout, almost knocked my drink over, not paying attention at all. She kept doing the same to other folk lifting much heavier weights, which is really dangerous. If she knocks them mid rep, they could drop the weight on her or themselves, either causing serious bruising or crushed bones. I understand she’s just trying to do her job, I’ve been a cleaner before. But, being careless in an area where people are lifting heavy weights, could again, cause serious injury to herself or others. Somebody really needs to tell her to wait until someone has finished their routine before cleaning the area, just to avoid any unnecessary injuries.
