Minster Cleaning Avis 

I have used the Henley on Thames branch and have chased for repayment of some overpaid invoices. They do not reply, despite several emails and telephone calls.

I worked.for teesside minster cleaning , who think it's OK to induct someone how to clean sink taps (with a bog brush) , they hire more by friends of friends , so when you do eventually get a job with them the gossips start. I took one week of where I returned to lots of gossiping from the cover cleaner to say I was always on my phone and not doing my job properly . I was then texted by my boss warning me im being watched . I only worked for them for a month , absolutely incompetent, if I was a client I would not hire a firm who just hire people because there friends of friends and not by there qualifications. I quit as it was that bad . I'd rather not work than be treated worse by power mad wannabees

Shocking company that's run with sheer incompetence by incompetent people. Don't pay people for what they have worked. Have no clue or regard for employment law & workers rights. Have no respect for workers at all. Have no idea about dbs procedures. Basically do what they like. It's just not good enough in this day & age for a company to act this way. Shape up or ship out !!

i received a quote from their Beverley branch, for a full house clean, pointing out, the house would be empty. i already had three other qoutes of between £150 to £170.They told me the cost would be £500, which is a ridiculously insane amount. They justified it by saying there would be three people.
Fact, one person could do this job in a day, say eight hours, two people could do it in half a day, three people, well, that can take no more than three hours, that is a fact. Therefore, this company want to charge me £55.83 per hour for a cleaner. To cap it all, they were very condescending, as if it was me wrong, for thinking they were wrong, i employ cleaners, i know how much they cost. Any readers can determine whether that is a fair price or not, but, my view is, its absolutely mental, get real Minster cleaning, stop trying to pray on people.
