Customer Service is nonexistent

Same as other reviewers, I’ve now sent three emails regarding an order placed the end of November 2024 as only received part order. Also, the face lift wand holder no longer works, so the refill I’ve inserted isn’t usable. I’ve emailed about that too and haven’t received a reply. There is no phone number to call for customer service so you’re at their mercy to get an email response. I will NOT be ordering again. Never used to be like this… not sure what’s happened!?

If I could give zero stars for customer…

If I could give zero stars for customer service, I would. Order placed and cc charged on 12/2 and I have yet to receive any product (March 1). My request for an update is completely ignored. Very disappointing.

Terrible experience, 10/10 do not recommend

I placed an order during their Black Friday sale and never received my order. I outreached their customer service multiple times and did not receive a response until I escalated the complaint to my credit card company. SBLA then claimed that my order was a pre-order (it wasn't) and that it would be shipped in about 10 days. That never happened, but at least I got my money refunded.

This is a scam

This is a scam. They have you subscribe, take your money and never send the product. They do not respond to request for customer service. I have had to have my credit card company withhold payment.

No product or customer service

No product or customer service - Do NOT order! I ordered the Eye Lift Wand and Neck Sculpting Wand on 1/1/25. I have yet to receive either product. Company has not responded to many email inquiries regarding status.

I placed an order on 12/2/24 from SBLA in the amount of $615. I never received the products ordered. I have attempted numerous times in the last 2 weeks to contact SBLA via email, phone and Instagram to request a refund. They do not respond. I THOUGHT I did a substantial amount of research on this company prior to purchasing. Randi Schinder (owner of SBLA) was featured in Forbes and Vogue. She has partnerships with Jessica Simpson and Christie Brinkley. She also owes me $615! Do NOT buy from this company

Absolutely had the same thing happen

Absolutely had the same thing happen. One order for SBLA products on December 1st, not as a pre-order but as part of a Black Friday sale. And, a second order on December 30th as a pre-order. Initially, I inquired as to the status of both orders, yet they acknowledged only the December 30th pre-order and responded that it would be a few weeks. Almost three months since my initial order and they haven't shipped or responded to any of my emails. This is almost $500 worth of product that they are failing to ship. I guess we need to take action!

I placed an order with SBLA December 4, 2024 and still to date have not received it (February 17, 2025). I prepaid. In the past they have been very fast with shipping. Initially they explained they were having delays (but by only a month). Then they kept extending the delay. Now it's going on 3 months. Last week I requested a refund and haven't heard back. Other companies do not charge until the product ships. This isn't right I'm seeing others who are experiencing the same issue.

SBLA processed full payment of over…

SBLA processed full payment of over $205 on Dec 5 and said products were delayed but would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. Over 2 months later, no products have been delivered and customer service will not respond to any emails or to customer service chat messages on their instagrams. Several other customers have had the same experience, as noted on the instagram chat at least 10 other customers replied that SBLA had also taken hundreds of dollars each from them as well between late Nov and early Dec., and never delivered any products to anyone and won't reply to any of their inquiries either. It's been months now, and SBLA is ignoring everyone after stealing their money. Seems like we all got robbed by this company. Completely scandalous theft.
