It's simple, all the way around. The ONLY thing I don't like is knowing there is some other company out there trying to mimick this brand and so it leaves confusion. Otherwise, the REAL PRODUCT, THIS ORIGINAL PRODUCT is miraculously amazing and real.

I did not actually make a purchase so I cannot speak to the product itself, but I can speak to the customer service. I accidentally placed an order, not realizing it wouldn’t bring me to the PayPal page before completing. It took a few days through email, but they were very kind and I had a full refund within one week. I appreciate their understanding and would definitely consider ordering in the future.

I’ve been using this product now for about 6 months and I love how my skin looks. My skin is glowing and even looks tighter. I use it 3-4 times a week and love the results.
Delivery time is awesome, it doesn’t take long to arrive at all. The product lasts longer than you would expect so you don’t have to make a purchase every month like some other products and it’s a GREAT price.
I’ve got friends onto it and they love it too. Great work guys!!! Two thumbs up 👍 👍

I ordered my first products from Skynflow. I had some difficulties on my end, after contacting them they had the issue resolved in a friendly and timely matter. I am overall happy with the servoce I have received so far.

I absolutely love Skynflow. The collagen mask is so nice and I’ve genuinely noticed such a difference in my skin that I’ve even pushed back my Botox appointments. I love both serums too and definitely notice an improvement when I use them. Their customer service is also amazing — they reach out, look after their returning customers, and often include extra little gifts in my orders which is such a nice touch. Beautiful products, great service, and I’ll definitely keep using Skynflow.

I'm so happy with these products!! I'm 53 yrs old and going through Menopause, so my fine lines and wrinkles were really starting to show ( especially around the mouth and eyes). I've been using the Plumping Serum and Collagen Mask for 2 weeks and they are literally fading before my eyes and my skin hasn't been this firm, smooth and soft in years! And the Customer Service has been amazing. My self esteem is coming back and I couldn't be happier!!

Avoid Skynflow.

Left my skincare sitting in 30°C+ heat for a week, then dismissed safety concerns and refused accountability. Now forcing a fight for a refund.

Unacceptable.

I absolutely love the collagen mask. You apply it before bed and wake up and peel it off and your skin is glowing! I am 62 and worked in a dermatology office for 12 years and I’ve tried so many different products to make my skin look good. This is one of my favorites for sure. I just purchased it again and buying one for a friend, I can’t recommend it enough. You won’t be disappointed.

This review is specific to Skynflow’s Regenerating Collagen & Niacinamide Wrapping Mask.
I have been testing & comparing this product vs other highly rated overnight mask for a few months now.
I can now confidently say this is my favorite overall!
Skynflow overnight mask is my “go to” facial rescue.
From the start of each application, it gives my skin a refreshing tingling relaxing feel which preps me for a good night of sleep. What is more amazing is in the A.M., my face looks and feels smooth, hydrated & TIGHT!
Peeling off the mask is seamless, then simply a quick splash of water onto my morning routine.
Needless to say I am now a loyal Skynflow customer & planning for my 3rd bundle purchase.

I just turned 70 over the Christmas holidays and started using this product about a week ago. I love everything about the mask. From the easy application to the satisfying peel off the next morning. At 70, I wasn’t expecting miracles but I see significant improvement on forehead lines as well as firmer skin in my cheeks. I’m a side sleeper and have creases in both eyebrows. I make sure to spread the mask on them and they have seriously decreased. I’m so happy. I wish I could do a complete body mask. 😂

Skynflow product maybe great for some but it did not do anything for me , so I respectfully requested a refund within 90 days refund policy, only to find out that I need to send the product back to a wearhouse in China, cost of which would be more than refund itself. Seems unfair to customers not to be informed upfront that product is made in China and comes from there, even though address on the package when you receive it is a USA address. DUSSAPOINTED !!!

The product is incredible I am 66 I have been using since 25th December. My lines and wrinkles have softened. My pores are no longer visible. I have a glow that has people commenting. I would highly recommend this product.

I was very skeptical about purchasing this product as I've purchased so many that don't live up to their hype. However, after reading the great reviews I decided to check it out for myself. I am so happy that I did. It goes on nice and easy. I like the little spatula type applicator and how cool the gel feels on your skin. I have absolutely no wrinkles while wearing this on my face & when taken off my skin is so soft and radiant looking and my fine lines are barely noticeable. I love this product and will be purchasing it again.
