Absolutely love love love the collagen restoring mask!! My skin feels amazingly soft and plump. I have just ordered more Skynflow products. Can’t wait to use them.

I purchased the Skynflow Collagen and Niacinamide Restoring Mask on a whim after seeing the ad on social media. I didn't have any expectations but it was a good price and I placed my order. The package arrived quite quickly and I applied it that same night. I was very impressed with how soft and supple my face felt and how refreshed it looked, after just one application. I have now used it 3 times and will continue to include it in my skin care routine. I have also recommended it to my friends. I am 58, with uneven skin tone, dullness, puffiness under the eyes and fine lines, all of which appear to be less noticeable after 1 week of use. I have already placed a repeat order and am keen to try some other products in the range. I recommend you give it a try.

La maschera è ottima, applicata tutta la notte lascia una pelle radiosa e con attenuazione d rughette al mattino! Unica pecca i tempi di spedizione troooooppo lunghi! Ho ordinato il 13 ottobre ed oggi 28 ottobre ancora non ho ricevuto nulla! Se non ci fosse questa pecca sarebbero davvero eccezionali

I ordered 1 bottle only as you just dont know if it will work.

Im glad only 1 was bought as I followed the instructions and the product didn't work.

Customer service will not give you a refund as they state under FDA guidelines if a bottlen is opened they can not issue a refund which to be honest should be reviewed as customers will only but 1 to test the product and if it doesn't work should be entitled to a refund. (to try the product you need to open it!)

I wouldnt buy again.

In reply to their comment, in your email there was no 90 day comment at all and I also stated I followed the instructions of your normal skin routine and then application over night! I used the product 4 nights in a row and didn't see any changes. I didn't mind that it didn't work but I do mind you stating in your comment you don't know what Im complaining about! How rude.
I think you need to have a change in approach as a retailer as I have also worked in retail for decades and haven't spoken to customers the way you just did.

WOW. As an older woman, I purchased the overnight peel off mask and received the elixir serum, plumping serum and the pink gel mask…..probably rates as my best skin product purchase EVER. The serums in conjunction with the peel off mask have definitely softened the marionette lines and wrinkles and my skin looks generally softer, plumper and more hydrated. Totally hooked.

I purchased Synflow products a couple of weeks ago and immediately used them and straight away my skin looks and feels different. My skin looks fresh and hydrated. I would strongly suggest you purchase them because they actually work. I am going to purchase more products in the future Also Jessica from customer service was very helpful with an issue I had and solved it straight away.

I use the amping and elixir serum with the collagen mask and my skin has never felt so soft. I love it! Very good customer service and fast shipping. Very happy with my choice to try skynflow.

I bought the Collagen & Niacinamide restoring mask, not expecting much as I had bought various magic potions before. I used this mask for the first time and I must say I was very impressed. The lines around my mouth and jowls were noticeably reduced, I thought I had had filler. Surprisingly, the effect lasted for many days which I didn't expect. I'm convinced this is a great product, much better than others I have paid a fortune for.

I currently use the overnight collagen mask and the pink serum. Both products are easy to apply and feel great on my skin. Customer service with this company is great..prompt and supportive. I have recommended these products to friends who also love them.

Skynflow's collagen face mask is easy to use and fun to peel off in the morning. I noticed straight away that my skin looked more hydrated and that the fine lines around my eyes were definitely reduced. I'm impressed that the product does what it says and will definitely continue using it.

I was a total sceptic and half-expected my money to disappear into the ether never to be seen again, or to receive some rubbish Temu-like product. SO SO WRONG on both accounts.
Products turned up within a week, and wow! The mask has made an incredible difference to my skin. It was noticeable after the very first use and continues to get better week after week. I also love the peptide serum. Can't say enough good things about these products. 5 stars all the way.

My feedback is definitely positive. I’ve tried many different creams and masks in the past, but I’ve never seen such clear results as I have since I started using your products. My friends keep asking me if I’ve had any cosmetic treatments, and they’re always amazed when I tell them I haven’t. They immediately ask me for the link so they can order the same products I use.

Have been using the Skynflow, for nearly 3 weeks now , every night , can see a huge difference in my skin , wrinkles are getting faint, and the skin seams tighter. I am hooked will definitely buy again .

I have been so impressed with the mask and the Pink serum! I have noticed a visible difference in my skin from the first mask and on going masks since ! My pores are smaller, skin is firmer and plumper and glowing!

This will now be an essential in my skin care routine

La applico 3 volte a settimana la sera, una volta rimossa al mattino, la pelle è visibilmente più luminosa, liscia e senza imperfezioni. Un vero trattamento rigenerante notturno che lascia il viso radioso e curato senza bisogno di troppi altri prodotti. Consigliatissima!

EDIT Finalmente sono stata rimborsata con un bonifico in data 05/09/2025 quindi non posso recensire i prodotti che purtroppo non mi sono mai stati consegnati ma posso dare recensione ora positiva per il servizio clienti che dopo 3 mesi mi ha finalmente restituito i soldi spesi.

Uso da 5 mesi ( all’inizio ogni sera adesso due volte alla settimana ma solo per i tempi) sia la maschera che il siero ai peptidi di Skynflow e devo dire che sono davvero soddisfatta. ✨

La mia pelle appare più morbida, luminosa e compatta, con un effetto disteso già dopo pochi utilizzi. Il siero si assorbe bene e lascia il viso idratato senza ungere. La maschera ha una texture piacevole e dona un effetto “pelle riposata” molto visibile al mattino.

🔹 Pro:
• Pelle visibilmente più luminosa e uniforme
• Texture leggera e sensoriale
• Siero delicato ma efficace

🔸 Unico punto da migliorare:
L’unico piccolo “neo” è il tempo di asciugatura della maschera: la sera bisogna attendere almeno 20 minuti prima che si asciughi completamente. Nulla di grave, ma lo segnalo per chi è di fretta la sera 😊

Nel complesso, li consiglio davvero! Un’ottima routine viso per chi cerca risultati visibili con una formulazione moderna e delicata.

I tried the Skynflow face mask out of curiosity and I have to say that it really surprised me!
From the first application, the skin appeared brighter, hydrated and smoother. The texture is pleasant, non-sticky and leaves a very relaxing sensation of freshness.

After a few uses I noticed the skin more compact and less dull, with visibly reduced pores. Perfect both as an evening treat, and before an event for an immediate “glow” effect.

I ordered several products from this company, including the famous and heavily advertised collagen mask.
They shipped my order, but unfortunately, once the package arrived in Italy, it was lost by local carrier. The parcel simply disappeared!
I contacted the company via email and WhatsApp to file a complaint, and they promptly replied, assuring me they would do their best to resolve the issue.
In fact, they resent the package—this time using a different courier and everything went smoothly!
I truly appreciate Skynflow’s patience and commitment to making sure I received my products. Well-deserved 5 stars!

I am really satisfied with the Skinflow mask that I apply 2 to 3 times a week before going to bed, waking up in the morning with a plump, radiant, and smooth face. I highly recommend it, thank you.
