Scent Decant Avis 567

I ordered a handful of 1ml samples and one 5ml travel spray. There was a mixup when they were fulfilling my order so the 5ml was the wrong fragrance(which is annoying, but happens with everyone I've ordered from). The difference I experienced with Scent Decant was their incredibly prompt response and resolution to my situation. They turned what would have been a frustrating experience to a pleasant experience.

I placed an order recently, not my first time placing one with scentdecant. Maybe my 3rd or 4th. This order I place recently was marked as delivered but was delivered to the wrong mailbox. I contacted scentdecant and they sent out a replacement package. During contacting them I wanted to make sure that the insurance was still available on the replacement package just in case it was once again delivered to the wrong mailbox. Was told by someone and I do have the reply email stating that it was still insured. Few days later I get a email saying it was delivered and to my surprise again. Nothing in my mailbox( My address has a multi unit mailbox. 1 big box with 20 small mail boxes for each unit. If that makes sense.) once again I contact scentdecant and is told that they don’t send out replacements for replacements and that I’m pretty much out of $170. Since I verified my address and it says delivered. That it’s my problem even though it was once again delivered to the wrong mailbox unit I’m assuming. Have the emails from them saying that it’s insurance. Emails quoted from the owner of scentdecant saying that they will not be fixing this problem.

This was my first order from ScentDecant. At first I was bummed- it was clear that one of the bottles opened/broke in transit before I even opened the package. The other 2 samples were totally fine. I sent them a message about it, and they responded very quickly and shipped a replacement within 24 hours. Overall the experience has been good, and I will definitely purchase from them in the future.

Great product and great customer service!

First time ordering from them and had one of my fragrances leak in the package (we all know how "gentle" the post office is nowadays). Emailed customer service to see what to do and was expecting just a refund or store credit. They actually shipped me a replacement decant free of charge! Really appreciated! The customer service was also super friendly and it only took around a day before my new one had been shipped!

Ordered a selection of decants all exactly as I would expect. One bottle leaked. Notified the vendor and they replaced it with a new one immediately. Super happy with this shop.

I placed an order and received my scents in the exact amount of time I was expecting. When I opened the package one had leaked out completely. I emailed the help email and within 2 hours I had a response. I sent pictures and they were amazing in agreeing and sending me a replacement at no charge to me.
I am thrilled that there is still a business out there that actually cares about their customers.
I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I mistakenly had my order sent to an address that I no longer lived at. I contacted customer service and they immediately shipped the same order to my current address, no extra charge. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced!

Have made multiple purchases always as described and good prices to test out cologne. Also had a issue with an order that was corrected free of charge within 24hrs.
