I was very happy with the buying experience and the products I received. One of the vials was damaged during shipping and I contacted Scent Decant. They immediately made it right! I would highly recommend and had a very good experience!

I received my sample, but half of it had leaked out of the vial. I emailed customer service at Scent Decant, and someone promptly replied that they will send me another sample for free. Great customer service! And promptly delivery, too.

It was only great because if the customer service reps. I ordered some samples that usps damaged in the mail. Scent Decant customer service quickly responded to my email and sent another package at no cost. The little things mean the most :)

I didn't realize that my old address was on my order until it didn't show up. When I started researching, I realized it was my fault for not catching it. I emailed customer service on the off chance something could be done. They reshipped my order at no charge to me!! I can't review the item, but I can definitely give customer service top scores!

Scent Decant is a great way to try new perfumes and colognes. The company has a great selection and shipping is usually within a week or two. Negatives are many. First, many of the sample bottles leak. They arrive leaking, and they evaporate very quickly because of the bad seals. Also, if there's any site-wide discount they do NOT honor coupons or earned loyalty codes (points earned on orders and friends ordering with your customer share code). In other words, their loyalty program is worthless because there's always some small discount going on. I've never had a coupon work. I've also exchanged emails with customer service who didn't realize they even had a loyalty referral program. When I screenshot it to them I get crickets in response. So my experience with customer support was very poor... Summary: perfumes to try at a decent price is cool, but the company handles business poorly

Excellent customer service, quick issue resolution of a busted sprayer (replaced at no cost!). Scents are legit! Highly recommended method to test scents before you spend $$$ on a big bottle.

A product was damaged in the mail. Customer service responded to my email shockingly quickly and offered to ship another product. By far, that was the fastest and easiest interaction I’ve had with any customer service in a long time, possibly ever. I’ll definitely sing their praises and continue to be a customer of theirs for the foreseeable future.

Company was really great, when I needed service (due to an error made by myself) they responded timely and kindly, pretty much all you could ask. Would recommend this company!

Top notch customer service! There was an issue with my very first order. I contacted the company and they responded quickly. After explaining my situation they went above and beyond to make it right! This is the type of customer care that one finds lacking at most places, but not here. They known a happy customer is a customer retained. Not only will I be making more purchases in the future I will encourage my friends too as well!

Sent smell very good got mine but they leaked out i emailed them about it and they are sending me more thanks will buy again

I had purchased a few colognes from them and in one of the orders I put the wrong address on and they end up shipping it to my house without extra charge and they were very responsive and they always have great products, I highly recommend them!

Great place to get top quality cologne/perfume. If you have any issues with your product all you have to do is explain your your problem and it’s taken care of right away! I would recommend anyone to them

I ordered a full bottle of Michael Kors - Sexy Ruby.
Very easy to navigate the website. I enjoyed the descriptions of the fragrances. Found pricing to be reasonable and even found a coupon code. I ordered 4/23/25 and product had not been shipped by 5/5/25. I wrote customer service for an update and they were very kind and timely in their reply. Not realizing a full bottle may take longer to receive by company and the ship out. I was satisfied with that answer. On 5/7/25 it shipped and received on 5/12/25. The box was very well packaged and protected. I appreciate the company and willingness to communicate back and forth. Very satisfied.

I had an issues with my samples not spraying, followed instructions from the company but to no avail. The company is now sending the samples again and I am hoping that all will be fine. I appreciate that even though my order were for samples only that they took the time to try and fix the issues and that they are sending the new samples again.

This ScentDecant is a fair and awesome site....It is my first time buying here so I ordered little glass samples ...It was not the company fault but it was the shippers fault that 4 of 6 ordered were spilled in bag because they were not wrapped individually so as not to click around together.. BUT IT IS A GREAT COMPANY AND VERY TRUSTWORTHY..I WILL SPEND BIGGER MONEY ON BIGGER SCENTS!!! Makes SENSE with values they offer....Gypsy in Manhattan,Kansas...Thank you for great service!!

Mixed up my order and fixed it pretty quickly. Even sending the right one free of charge! 9/10

Placed my first order on April 28. It was scheduled for delivery on May 6th and it's already held up somewhere , there is no new date for delivery. It has been in the same place since May 4. Not a good experience for my first order.

Love this company, great perfumes and great customer service!
