Excellent customer service, and a great way to sample new colognes!

I’ve been a regular customer because you can get high end fragrances at lower quantities. Customer service is also top notch.

I placed two different orders for samples of a perfume that I last purchased from Scent Decant a year ago. My recent samples smell nothing like they did a year ago of the same perfume. I don’t know what the problem is, but there is little fragrance and I did get a rather mild allergic reaction to it. I do believe the recent samples are not the same perfume that I purchased in April of ‘24. Something has changed since then. I have been a customer of Scent Decant for a couple years, as I recall, but no more. It’s sad because I’ve always been happy with their service and that perfume. I will find another company. The only good thing with these orders is that delivery was fast. That’s it. I am definitely not happy that I’m out money that I could have spent elsewhere. Good-bye, Scent Decant.

Accidentally had my original order shipped to my old address, they sent me another free of charge!

My perfume vial was broken upon arrival. I contacted them and was told to send pics. I sent 2, and was then told I will receive my replacement in 3 days; no cost to me!! YAY!! Thank you. Definitely will continue to do business with them.

When my package got lost in the mail, customer service was responsive, attentive, and friendly. They attempted to get my original order to me and when they couldn't, sent me a new one. The whole process only took about a week :)

I recommend this company because I’ve only had a positive experience with them samples are labeled nicely and no issues with delivery unlike other companies

I love that they provide a way to wear expensive decadent scents on a budget. And they are quick to make changes if you make a mistake on an order; ie I put the wrong address on my order, and they reshipped to the correct address, no charge, after it already went out. Their customer service email always responds within a day at most and very friendly.

I LOVE getting my fragrances from Scent Decant! I’ve tried a few designer brands from here and with success, have discovered my signature perfume! I have been most happy with their great customer service! The products are in good condition and Scent Decant gets it right every time! I have been telling all my friends and family about this company and I will definitely continue to purchase fragrances from them! I especially like that I save money by trying affordable sample sized perfumes and have the option to buy full size if I choose! I like that it affords me the ability to try multiple different fragrances at a time and their website is easy to navigate! What a smart brand!

I’ve been looking for my favorite discontinued Burberry perfume and a friend recommended Scent Decant. I found and ordered the scent and was surprised how quickly it arrived. I'm thrilled with my purchase and even more happy with the customer service — friendly, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with.

I Mae my first purchase with Scentdecant. When my package arrived, I noticed that the items had leaked out onto the invoice, upon reaching out to the company and advising what had occurred sending pictures. They were quick to respond to my inquiry and concern. I’ve been received a notification that they were replacing my items that were damaged in transit. I appreciate the customer service going above and beyond to replace the items I am still awaiting the new delivery, but I was excited to see that the customer service immediately tried to rectify the issue.

Package arrived late but not to the fault of the company. Two decants were shattered and the bottles smelled of a mix between Amour Amour and BSpears Circus. Took a picture, emailed the company, I had immediate feedback and confirmation of shipment for replacements at no charge. Great company and very satisfied with quality of intact samples

Love the idea of being able to try out scents before investing in even a small bottle of a luxury fragrance. My order shipped and arrived promptly, and when I had an issue with the nozzle on one of the spray bottles their customer service was AMAZING and immediately shipped me a replacement. Would 100% recommend to others.
