Customer service is excellent

Customer service is excellent. I shop for the best price fragrance among the various companies and it’s usually here. Very similar scents and they work in any diffuser.

Terrific scent selection!

Terrific scent selection, these reed diffusers are perfect for my home. One keeps smaller spaces nicely scented. In bigger rooms, I like to use two and I'll put one up high so you catch it coming in the room and one lower for when seated. Love, love love their products and customer service is awesome with quick responses from a real person!!!

Found my new favorite scent

Found my new favorite scent, Tobacco Vanilla!
It was the first oil I tried from scentihome and I’m so glad I stepped into the site. After my order I received a text letting me know when my it would be arriving and later asking if I was enjoying the scent and if I had any questions to just ask. This was a step above any other company I’ve purchased from and I really appreciated the kindness.

It took a long time to receive the scent-2 weeks. The diffuser doesn’t cover much , so I will be moving it to a smaller room. The scent smells good.

I purchased a new scent

I purchased a new scent, and I was not impressed at the low scent level. Joy happened to contact me to see if I liked it. I explained that it was a weak scent. She suggested that we try Cabana. She even sent me a small bottle to try for free. Joy’s level of Customer Service is amazing.

Building great scents!

Customer Service - Positive Customer Experience

I ordered two 500 ml bottles of the Dream On” oil. Unfortunately I only received one bottle. When I contacted them, they quickly responded and realized they were out of the 500 ml. So they shipped me 3 X 200 ml to make up for the missing bottle.
