Not to be trusted, suggested a certain route to go for 3 people to get our Visa, charged us for it and it was rejected. When we asked them to sort it out or refund us, they wouldn't. DONT USE THEM....false promises.

I have tried to phone at least 2x today with no answer to my call. Your agent Max has all my details.

The fact thst he recommended what to do and we were not even able to go to the next step because we did not have actual flight tickets but flight reservations, only on the advice of Max who said it would be no problem. I have asked for the £30 refund to be able to buy the ticket. We also applied for Italy and he said to go through Greece which would be easier, again his advice.
BOTTOMI LINE IS MY PAPERWORK WAS REJECTED NOT MY VISA APPLICATION which is what I paid for. I have a new appointment next Monday so need everything to be resolved by Friday.

5/8/26 - still nothing from this coming to sort out the problem they created. Clearly they are out fir a quick buck and not interested in long term clients. NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!

7/8/26- AND STILL NO RESPONSE TO HELP US, you would think management would take control of the situation and get it sorted out.
