Very efficient process
Lady who served was very helpful and chatty and explained how everything worked. Thought it was a bit odd that I had to email my bank details rather than give them in person but the transaction was completed quickly and sooner than I expected

Helpful people but didn’t know they existed!
Edinburgh office a little disconcerting at first sight - temporary sign looked like it might have been just put up for me that morning outside a basement flat.
