Alright. I'm gonna give my honest opinion.to start yes i have won some.but like most lotteries it's small compared to the loss..now there saying that on their 20 dollar tickets it's 1 in 3.45..we'll a few weeks ago I purchased 12.and lost.2 days ago i tried the 50 dollar tickets.which they state 1 in 3.4.so finally on the 15th ticket I hit 100 dollars..that's more like 1 in 11...after loosing over 800 dollars.my mistake.i ask for 1 freebie and they say I do not qualify for a free ticket..ha..also if you check the games I see that no 1 wins on the big big money.and what ever you do run from the 100 dollar tickets..loose at your own pace..i give them a big fat 0.

They are a scam. I first signed up and was told there was going to be an all new site with new scratchers but I had to play 5 unique scratchers and I’d get $200 free once the new site rolled out which was a couple weeks away. I spent a lot of money completing this challenge and now it’s been months and there’s no release date in site. Just promises of the $200 I was promised. Since then they’ve deactivated my account due to my accidentally creating a new one which I never actually used (and they’ve since reactivated it after threatening to turn them in to the ftc) and then I couldn’t cash out my already dwindling winnings. I had $300 I’d won but due to them not letting me cash out I wasted most of it by the time they finally corrected the error. I won’t spend another dime on this site because it seems to be a scam. You’re buying access to links to sales and discounts that are freely available and not exclusive to them. It’s a huge rip off and I’m upset I was bamboozled into it.

They scammed me and kept my winnings!!
My first time playing went well when I won $200 and was able to cash out and they quickly sent my money to my bank acct that I registerer with them. So the first of May 2026, recently won $100 and requested a withdrawal just like the first time. After a couple days I started inquiring about my money and they told me it was processed on their end so I should contact my bank. I have been in contact with my bank and they haven’t seen anything from Scratchee.?so I contacted Scratchee again asking them exactly where they sent my money because they didn’t send it to my bank. And now they won’t tell me anything other than it’s processed on their end??? Don’t play on this site because if there is a problem like with me they will not help you on their end. So I’m sure they sent my money to the wrong bank or wrong account number and it was probably sent back to Scratchee and they kept it. Because they told me it had been processed over 2 weeks ago but refuse to answer my email about the exact location and account number it was sent to!!

When a transaction shows as fully processed on our end, it means the funds have cleared our system and are in transit. However, if there was an account mismatch and the funds were sent back, they absolutely belong to you. We want to investigate this immediately.
