I was not sure but took a chance at $10 bucks won $20 played again & again & again one like $680 bucks, my wife said it’s a scam so I said ok I opened a new account & deposited! 💥 bam 💥 it hit right away! It's a scam don't spend your money. If you buy 1 ticket first time ever then you will win but after that wait for several months and they will send you a promo ticket and you'll win 200 .leave after .
Well the first time I bought a 10 dollar scratchee I won 60.00 on it but then I wanted to buy more but at the time they only allowed to connect to my bank account and that was a hell no. So over a year went by and they sent me a free promotional ticket. So I scratched it and won 200.00 but I had no id so I couldn't cash out so I bought more tickets and would win once I. A while. Out of 42 games I won only 11 but I had 7 in a row lose and of course I lost all the money and another thing. I thought I was seeing things so I took pics and screen recorded my plays and I was getting duplicated loser cards several games were like this and my freecards for 2nd play would say I already used the link. So I totally got screwed . It's a good thing I didn't pay with my money . Well I kind of did if u count the 200 I couldn't collect but when I mentioned it to them they thought I was just complaining because I lost . No I'm complaining because 6 of my games were duplicated loser cards so I don't think that is fair to me just because I didn't attach my bank account and pay with my money
They made sure I lost all the winnings .

Had trouble getting verified at first but then I emailed the support team and they got it taken care of in a timely manner. At first I was contemplating after losing about $30 but then i finally started winning and was able to instantly cash out. I love the second chance.

Mixed review, good games confusing site
The second chance was very confusing I kept being told I had used it or code invalid but never got any second chances. Also tried to do a promotion I was emailed and it didn’t happen I had to email support. Good thing though support honored it and changed my balance to reflect it. Once I had won enough for cash withdraw it took my 5 days to figure out how to withdraw it. It was not clear what I had to do just kept saying additional verification needed. Had to email support 5 more times over that until someone finally actually emailed what I had to do in a way that made sense. Withdrawal was instant that time in my account in a second. So mixed review. Fun game easy win but the site is extemely confusing nothing is explained out. Can’t access account info so can’t know what it has for your name and email and all that like every other site of this nature.

they do pay but their odds are really against you and mostly win what u paid for the ticket price and if you don't make a certain amount you can't cash out cash that's how they get you they're not very withdrawal friendly like any of them are but I just played and I swear to you at a 10 911 time and it was just the money that I played for that like it was a $20 winner and it was a $20 broke even that's not a win my opinions
so after playing a couple more times and seeing that you guys change it to instant payout and I'm going to raise my review of you guys of course cuz you guys definitely made changes that were better for the customer and I appreciate that and the games are different keep up the good work

It Paid for my rent!

The wording about the second chance…
The wording about the second chance scratchy needs to be changed on the main screen. It says enabled it should say eligible. When it says enabled it makes the person believe that they don't have to do anything further to activate it. Other than that I've had a pretty good experience. Customer service gets back at you really fast so that's a plus
