I have recently received most welcome advice and support from the Scribe Team in solving issues raised by the External Auditor in connection with the 2024/25 AGAR.
The professionalism shown and understanding given was outstanding.

Tracy was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient dealing with my queries and assisting me with making sure the year end calculations are correct for AGAR.

The software is all you could need for Parish Clerk & RFO accounting. The team have been fabulous with their support. I have been using the software for just over two years now - two years ago I was brand new to Clerking - the team from Scribe were fantantic in helping me along my learning curve which was a brand new industry for me. If you keep up to date, all the reports you need for the AGAR are there at the press of a button. I LOVE it; so I believe does my auditor. Thoroughly recommend Scribe.

if your a small council stick with spreadsheets this aint worth the hassle.

The Customer Support here is brilliant. Friendly staff who listen and take responsibility in resolving any issues. Great service.

They even send video recordings detailing how to resolve issues you are experiencing.

Excellent and straightforward system to use with very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff always available.

Scribe's people are ace. They are patient, knowledgeable about the system and my role and always good-humoured. they genuinely seem to love what they do and that never fails to come through - even when they're dealing with a dork like me.

The accounting package is great to use (with a little practice) but most importantly, the wonderful support team are there to help you along the way. Whether it be questions about inputting; reports or adjustments, they've always got time to help.

Scribe was introduced into our Council to help better track spend and income, to reforecast against budget, to complete the AGAR and VAT reclaim. As a non Finance person, I have needed hand holding and the SCRIBE team have been patient and supportive every step of the way. At no point have a I felt patronised or foolish for not knowing. They are always encouraging and understanding. Nothing has been too much trouble They are a very impressive team.

Best accounting system I have ever used. Great phone and online support. They really understand the need of parish and town councils. Great value for money and saves so much time.

Our Council is one of the largest in Wales with a precept of over £1m per year. We haven't set ourselves up on the software yet or gone live. However, I would give Nathan Foster, Sales Manager for Scribe 5 stars. From the first time we spoke and then met online, Nathan was completely clear, transparent, honest and realistic in his advice and support during our journey to transition from our existing provider to Scribe. His response timescales were also top drawer. If this is anything to go by, it gives me complete confidence that our experience of using Scribe overall will be a positive one.

We love Scribe, as a Parish Council this accounting package is totally suited to the way we work, and makes reporting a sinch. The support they give is exceptional, they are so knowledgeable, not only with their product but also how their customers need to use it.

Scribe is a brilliant product for Parish Council financial management. The software is intuitive and easy to master. Additionally, support for users is responsive and first class. With subscription you also get access to a wide range of training opportunities.
